Having been let down by the company whom installed our boiler on our new build we were in need of a company to do our annual boiler check along with plumbing a dishwasher along with other various jobs. And I have to say I have never been more pleased with a company.

From the moment I dialled to the door closing on the technicians way out the experience was 10/10. Polite, friendly, service with a smile both on and off phone, and was able to add on jobs the same day that were needed.

Safe to say we will be using these for any plumbing or heating needs in future. Iris and Josh were amazing, top points to Josh for answering all my questions simply without making it seem I was stupid being a first time house owner.

Great service. I didn’t agree to price straight away. Was contacted via WhatsApp, very friendly and discussed why. Agreed price and paid deposit online. Arranged appointment over WhatsApp and was very easy. Engineers came, very friendly and professional. Had a few issues but a 2nd visit to check their work found everything fine. Will use again

Today I had my gas cooker fitted by Neil . He was very polite and informative. He ensured after he completed the job that he explained everything he did .
From the second I messaged HARNCE to the second Neil left i have been extremely happy with them .

Harnce has provided me with the most impressive quality of communication from initial job specification, through quotation, and into completion, of any plumber I have ever encountered. The work was executed in a clean and efficient manner, placing carpet protectors down and tidying up following the work. This is the only time I have ever received an emailed completion of work certificate taking care to photograph the completed job for my house records.

I would thoroughly recommend Harnce for a fully professional service from initial contact right through to completion in a timely manner.

Fitted a new oil boiler, great service and a really professional job done by great people

Whilst other heating and plumbing contractors were unable to send an engineer when my combination boiler failed, (some even gave me dates several months in the future!), Harnce fitted me in, at very short notice, and their engineer, who was very courteous, professional and efficient, turned up the next day and quickly identified and fixed the problem.

Have used Neil to service our boiler for a couple of years now. Always gives great service - turns up at the agreed time and does a good clean job. Would happily recommend them.

Great service and excellent communication options. Being able to contact the company via WhatsApp in a professional way to make an appointment is great. More trades should do this!

Harnce changed a large radiator for me. Advised on best size to heat the room. Work was completed promptly, price was as quoted, friendly team with really good communication around scheduling the job. Had them back a couple of weeks later to give the boiler a service. Very pleased with both jobs.
