Excellent service from start to finish. Plumbers that actually turn up and are punctual too.

The communications from Isla and messaging system work very well and keep you informed all the way.
Managed to get a quote via email, didn’t charge extra and delivered great quality work from Josh who was polite, helpful and left no mess.

Keeping the business local offered peace of mind to us and the process from quote to installation of our replacement Worcester Bosch Boiler could not have gone more smoothly. Professional communication from the office and Josh with his assistant Gurpreet got on with the job efficiently and with minimal fuss or disruption - Full System flush, fitted boiler and flue, run up the system and ensured all was working and explained before they left. It's been my first time using this company, and i hadn't looked for too many plumbing companies in my area, anyway i called them and asked if they were able to do the work that i was needing, and they were professional and sent a engineer round the same day to come look at the job that was requested, they kept me updated and informed through messages, emails or phone calls about quotes, and various times/issues if they arose, i agreeded on their quote for the price they sent over as i found it to be a fair costing price, to my amazement though, the finished result was far better than what i anticipated, they were also very professional on the day and cleaned up their mess before leaving, i offered them hot drinks and they just got on with the work at hand, will have return custom from me for future work load and am very pleased that i reached out and called them and had them come to my property!

I was struggling to get a good decent plumber firm to do large and small jobs for our house. I called Harnce after a google search and spoke with a lovely lady who booked me in for the following day.

2 engineers came round ON TIME and did the job without any fuss and they were two really nice friendly and professional chaps.

Highly recommend and they're defo my preferred plumbing firm in lichfield!!

Having just retired I had time to get various quotes and research the type of boiler I would need. The information provided by Neil and Isla was excellent and was the main reason I decided to go with Harnce. HARNCE are absolutely fantastic. After phoning them to tell them that my boiler’s pressure was increasing and dropping suddenly, they told me there is a person within my area and will check it in 30 min Young chap arrived and quickly got to work and was all done in 20min. No waste of time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call HARNCE in the future.

Great communication, arrived promptly, very polite, did an excellent job, left no mess. Would recommend to anyone requiring a plumber. Will certainly use again.
