Great service from Harnce. Fitted a new gas fire, really pleased with the fire, fitting andservice. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again.

Received my quote. It was very similar to other quotes,
I decided to employ them to carry out the work after looking at the reviews, and they were a young company just starting out as I like to encourage small businesses.
The work was carried out by Neil, their engineer, who did an excellent job.

I can recommend Harnce Heating and Plumbing, it is great to be able to go to them for Plumbing and Electrical work that needs doing. Neil serviced the Boiler and Lee replaced three Sockets - I had booked these jobs separately, and they were on time, efficient and friendly. Mathew will be your first point of contact, and he has made me feel confident that I can trust the job will be done - a great team and a company I will be using in future!

Very old kerosene burner serviced by these guys, had it done before a while ago and believe me, they did not do a thorough job. The expertise by the engineer was extraordinary and I can quote that when asked if he had imagined it to be so difficult responded with ‘it made me use my brain, it was a good exercise’ assures you that you have a professional, excellent service by a very friendly engineer. 10/10 and more.

Can’t fault the service got in touch with them on the Friday, came and looked at our gas fire on the Monday morning at fixed it within a hour, Great communication and kept to times agreed.

Sorted out some dodgy leaky pipes under my sink. Another great job. Tidy and efficient.

My contract is with Corgi, who passed the work on to HARNCE. I wanted them to look at my radiators which didn’t seem to be giving out as much heat as I thought they should. Neil did a thorough job, inspecting all the radiators and the boiler and replacing two thermostatic radiator valves in addition to flushing out one radiator. His work was efficient, tidy and effective. I would definitely use HARNCE again.

Great service from Harnce arriving at 7am for an appointment due to the fact the worked needed to be completed ahead of other building work I was having done. Fair price and happy to offer advice around pressure in my water tank. All round great service.

Cannot recommend Harnce any more highly, after a poor experience with a different company trying to solve an unusual problem with my boiler, it was a pleasure to deal with Harnce.
As soon as the job was booked the communication with them was quick and efficient, and Neil arrived on time and listened to my tail of woe before finding the fault and correcting it.
A pleasure to deal with a local company that are professional, efficient and friendly.

New Boiler new larger hot water tank installation.
Harnce did a thorough survey and came back with a competitive quote. Neil the installation Engineer was polite, worked very cleanly and made a neat job of the installation, Lee the Electrician installed the Hive system and explained the operating system in full.
Cannot ask for more!

Neil fitted a new boiler for me around 5 years ago and I continue to use him now he has started his own company (with his wife and brother-in-law)
He is punctual, friendly and polite and cleans up when he has finished.
He's also done work for my elderly mother, often at short notice.
He came out to do an emergency repair for a leaking pipe at my place of work on the Friday before Christmas. I work for a local charity and, as a gesture of good will, he refused to charge for his time. Not many would do that.
Today, he has fitted a replacement fire for me, after removing my old gas fire of 30 years. I thoroughly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Quite possibly the best heating & plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. They responded to me on a bank holiday and understood my urgency and worked with me to get things sorted at short notice. They kept me informed at every step and were very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our boiler failed just before Christmas and most firms we tried, advised not being able to quote before the first week of January. Harnce were available and installed the new boiler on 5th January. We found them reliable, efficient, competitive, great service!
