Having moved to a new home with a 16yr old system boiler our first job on the list with the current energy crisis was a full system change for a new Combi Boiler system and Hive thermostat.
We chose Neil and the team at Harnce to oversee the work and it was a big job too and performed perfectly from start to finish.
Really pleased with the service and quality of work completed.

I have had a poor experience from several plumbing firms over the past few years so my expectations were low. Matthew and Neil however provided a first class service (I had a good feeling when they put on overshoes as soon as they stepped through the door!), both in terms of the job they did, giving pointers on another heating/hot water problem, communication and clear pricing. Had a recent boiler service. Very impressed with the level of service provided; friendly and polite engineer, head down and got on with the job. Highly recommended.

Having been let down by previous plunbers, Matthew rang me as arranged, booked my apt and confirmed it with a follow up confirmation on the day too. Neil turned up as, arranged, checked out my central heating, diagnosed a minor problem which didn't really require any action and when I asked about payment was advised as no work done there wasn't any. WOW, not even a call out charge.
I've also received a follow up WhatsApp confirmation of Neil's diagnosis just in case I need it.

I've recently moved into a new home and wanted to make sure the boiler was running efficiently, so I decided to use Harnce after reading some reviews. First impressions - just brilliant! Really responsive on messages and managed to fit me in very quickly. Neil was very polite and happy to answer any questions, he showed me how to use the thermostat and did a great service on the boiler too. Very neat, tidy and respectful of my property. All in all, I am very happy with this company and have already booked them in for some further work! I will be recommending Harnce to all my friends and family, thank you :)

Neil arrived at the agreed time and carried out a thorough service and also gave advice on an intermittent issue with the boiler. He suggested I take it up with the manufacturer rather than booking in the fault with himself. If no joy with Ideal, I’ll be back in touch. Thank you

My boiler gave up on me on Tuesday and HARNCE were recommended to me by a family friend. They are a brand new local company, but their communication and speed of response was brilliant. Neil was out to me within an hour and I had a lovely new boiler installed on the Thursday. Tidy, professional and courteous. I always like to use local tradespeople and I would highly recommend HARNCE to anyone, based on my experience.
