Good webshop, great service

Todo correcto y envio rápido

J'ai acheté plusieurs articles, dont un rouleau de papier de 10 x 1,5 m dont tout le bas est tassé et écorné, malgré l'emballage.
Aussi, j'ai attendu une 12ene de jour pour la mise en préparation et la récupération de mon colis chez Hartem / Craftelier par GLS et environ 5 jours pour la livraison.

It took a lot longer to receive the materials which i needed for a course. It delayed my progress and ended spending more money as I had to get them somewhere else. Also the caps of the spray paint i bought were broken. Never again!

Lovely art supplies! As described in the website. Took a while to arrive, but I ordered during Christmas holidays and it was totally worth the wait.

Inmiddels 2 bestellingen gedaan. Duurt een tijdje voordat het in Nederland is, aangezien het vanuit Madrid verstuurd wordt. Maar prijzen zijn heel goed en producten ook. Kortom goede ervaringen bij de store!

Materiale arrivato completamente danneggiato e inutilizzabile, dopo 10 email e 6 settimane mi offrono 30% di sconto. Sembra una presa in giro. Sono senza parole. Mai più!

Realicé un pedido la semana pasada y viendo que mi encomienda aparecía aún en estado de “procesamiento” decidí enviar un email.

Todo se resuelve con buena comunicación y respeto. Ellos resolvieron rápidamente el problema y ya me llegaron todos mis productos.

Lo recomiendo.

Ho acquistato una penna stilografica, marca TWSBI mod. "Obsidian", arrivata integra, completa di cofanetto originale e perfettamente imballata con tanto di lettera di auguri per l'anno nuovo e un ringraziamento sulla fattura.
Spedizione veloce e precisa arrivata in anticipo di un giorno rispetto alla data stimata.

Prix très interessants site serieux mais très gros soucis de livraison ! délais beaucoup plus long qu'annoncé et transporteur nul (gls) colis retrouvé par terre sous la pluie ..... dommage

Ik had een bestelling voor een papierset geplaatst en betaald. Na de bestelbevestiging was het weken stil. Geen enkel bericht en ineens ontvang ik een creditfactuur in mijn mailbox. Geen verdere uitleg, niets. Ronduit slechte service. Als een product niet op voorraad is dan zorg je ten eerste dat dit duidelijk aangegeven is op jullie website en als je niet kunt leveren dan communiceer je naar een klant met de reden waarom etc. Eerste en laatste keer dat ik hier besteld heb en als jullie zo met iedere klant omgaan is jullie bestaansrecht als bedrijf snel afgelopen.

I bought 4 little bottles of terpentine oil of 250ml for making oil medium, in each bottle was only 200ml, so i needed another bottle for my amount, ik had send pictures by complaining, they made a fuss and gave me thé feeling that it was not true i Will never buy something else at hartem

Ben heel blij met mijn oliepastels van Sennelier voor een mooie prijs. Bevestigingsmail van de bestelling kwam in de spam terecht dus was even bang dat het mis was gegaan. Maar keurig bezorgd binnen een week.

Je viens de payer la commande avec ma carte... Et je viens de me rendre compte qu' une taxe importante incompréhensible a été ajouté ( ce montant n'a pas été affichée dans le panier!
Les prix des articles affichés comprennent la TVA ! Aucun préavis sur cette taxe dans les conditions de vente.
Je viens de demander son remboursement immédiat.

Na bestelling en ideal betaling geen bevestiging ontvangen. Hoewel nog wel google advertenties getoond worden is de website onbereikbaar. Ik vrees dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben.

The service was amazing at first they sent me an email with a small delay ,but it was only two days. The paints I ordered arrived nicely packed within 5 Business days and the customer service was amazing and very precise how long the package will take to arrive :)!! Thank you Hartem I will order again from you guys :)

I rarely leave reviews online but this deserves it. I have had such a positive experience with Hartem - it was my first time ordering with them and the negative reviews nearly put me off. So glad I went ahead- the customer service throughout was second to none. When items ended up being out of stock I got the option for replacements or a refund - zero issues. All my ordered items arrived very well packaged (in recycled boxes- yay for sustainability!) I ordered three bottles of ink and nothing is broken or spilled so clearly great care is being taken when packing orders.
Yes, the wait is a little longer than with Amazon or a local vendor, but not only do I imagine there being a very high order volume considering the very competitive prices, but I wonder if my parcel actually avoided air travel for most or all of its journey, too. Well worth the wait, just something to keep in mind.
I am extremely impressed with the service and products and will 100% be ordering again with Hartem - unbeatable prices, including delivery, and fantastic customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
