J'ai vraiment hésité à passer une commande du fait de la notation moyenne sur Trustpilot. Les prix très attractifs par rapport à mes fournisseurs habituels m'ont convaincus de tenter l'expérience. Et je suis enchantée. Le colis est arrivé très vite, c'était très bien emballé et c'est vraiment moins cher.

Did two orders
Did two orders, first had some inventory issues which, after entering in contact and discussing a solution, was solved and shipped on the day.
Second went by with no issues, being sent out the day after I placed the order.
Great customer service
Both order came with a lollipop, very nice

Onzorgvuldig verpakt
Producten waren los in een doos verpakt, met zwaar onvoldoende opvulmateriaal. Ik zou hier dan ook zeker geen breekbare producten bestellen.

Delivery is a big problem
I made an order on the 2nd of December. Delivery should have been 3-5 days.
After waiting 10 days, I sent some emails and made phone calls, and I was told to be at home to receive the delivery or it would be sent back. No delivery.
I emailed Hartem and asked for a refund. Was told they had to wait to hear from the carrier.
14 days waiting, no delivery. Got an email saying it would be delivered that day. Waited at home, no delivery. I rang the carrier the following day. Was told to be at home, the delivery would be made that day. It wasn't.
It finally arrived today, 16 days after I ordered it.
It was such a frustrating experience.

Your response to evey review concerning this issue is basically the same, ie: sorry, we're working on it.
You appear to have been working on it for a long time.
When your customers have these issues, after a reasonable amount of time, you should compensate them.
You could also try using a different carrier.
My time, like yours, is valuable.

Very long wait
Really long wait for items to be shipped. Albeit stated otherwise on the website item not in stock and ready to be shipped. Avoid if you wanna rely on getting what you ordered in time.

Pour le moment , les échanges par mail sont improductifs, on à l'impression de discuter avec un robot......
10 jours pour se faire livrer, c'est déjà pas terrible, un tube de penture mal conditionné, ce n'ai pas la fin monde.... mais malgré mes mails, les réponses son soient inexistantes soit hors sujet
C'est la 1er fois et c'est pas sur que je recommence l'experience

Ik heb vandaag mijn pastels ontvangen. Alles is netjes verpakt met een leuke brief erbij en een potlood. Het duurt iets minder dan een week omdat het uit Spanje moet komen. Maar voor zo’n mooie prijs kun je even wachten.

Have had a few orders, all arrived perfectly and on time, well packed. In my last order an item was sold out, and customer support wrote me to ask if I wanted refund or another item. Super service!

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible, terrible customer service. The store staff were lovely and helpful, but this has been completely ruined by how absolutely awful the customer service has been after I discovered a problem on delivery. An error was made and so a large number of items were missing, and a corresponding number of wrong items I hadn't ordered had been sent. Customer services have refused to rectify this for over a week, and repeatedly implied that I was either lying, or lacked the requisite reading skills to be able to correctly identify the number and name on the side of a pencil. I am still, at the time of writing, waiting for the resolution of this issue. Infuriating, unhelpful, and to be avoided like the plague.
Edit in response to Hartem's reply: When a customer tells you that they have received the wrong items and that they want to return them to you because they didn't order them it is ridiculous to assume that the customer is lying because a. there would be no benefit to the customer to lie and b. any lie would be immediately discovered on receipt of the returned goods. When the problem is that the wrong specific colours of pencils have been sent, but in the correct brand, the idea that this difference could be easily captured and demonstrated by a smartphone camera is foolish; and the implication that you do not respect the consumer rights of anyone without a smartphone is downright illegal. That you are still maintaining that all of this terrible customer service from Hartem was fine - and implying that you were doing me some kind of favour when, after two failed attempts, you finally figured out that you'd have to send me return postage for a parcel thicker than a letter; and when you have still not made any effort to figure out why the mistake was made in the order by someone at Hartem in the first place, or give me any reassurance that I will be refunded for the pencils which I did actually order and which no one at Hartem has made any effort to send to me - is exactly why this review is so bad. It's not just one bad apple at Hartem customer service, their entire system for dealing with both problems and customers is poor and unprofessional.

In love with Hartem
I was a little suspicious because there is not so many reviews. I decided write to them and find out more about this shop as the product I wanted I could just find there. I found out they are the same owner Craftelier (I love them) and created Hartem for more fine art supplies. They are from Spain and even have a shop there. They have a instagram and a instagram in spanish so you can see lot of people comment and happy for this new project they have. Their physical shop is just a dream, I wish I could go there.
So I gave a try and took 5 working days to come as it is come from Spain. I rather wait a little more and get what I want much more cheap than Denmark. It came well packaged and I have to say something about what I got. I also gave a try to White Nights Watercolor after watch so many videos on Youtube about them. My god.. they are professional amazing paints, much better than many of the ones consider "the best" around here. I'm totally in love with my product and the shop.
Thank you so much for reply me the emails and facebook messages. The customer service is really good like it is in Craftelier.. same people.. so... I really love it. Didn't have a problem at all and they also send a letter with a 2B pencils as a gift. <3

disappointed first but finally the problem is solved
Unfortunately, my first experience with this online store is not good at all. I ordered several items and only received one of them. They mentioned that something went wrong in their warehouse and they have resent it. The tracking link I received is not working and says that while the item is registered with the postal service, it has not been delivered to the post. HARTEM is also not responding to my emails or messages on the website. There is no phone number to call. I am still waiting to receive my order, which is worth about 100 EUR. Initially, I was happy to find Mimeri colors and some other items on the website, but now it seems it is not what I expected.
today I got my package after a long time. Anyway, I changed my rating from 1 to 3. I like the website and the available items. I really hope that next time the delivery will be better and more accurate

Bad customer service, fake product.
First of all, shipping took more than double the time than expected. Then a cheaper item was send on my agreement because the item I wanted was suddenly not in stock. But they still charged me the more expensive item. Also, one item I ordered was obviously fake or the original item had been taken out of the packaging and replaced by a fake item. Customer service told me they send the original, basically saying that I replaced the item with a fake one...
So basically my order was messed up and it was blamed on me.

Bij Hartem heb ik tubes aquarelverf besteld. Ik kende het bedrijf niet. Ze hebben een mooie collectie teken/schilder/kunstenaarsbenodigdheden. De opgegeven levertijd was 3-5 dagen. Je wordt heel goed en snel geïnformeerd over de status van je bestelling.
Met 3 dagen heb ik mijn bestelling ontvangen met een bedankje, een kaart (het plezier van ongekunsteld creëren en zonder kunst is er geen leven) en een gratis 2B potlood. Verder ontvang je punten voor korting bij een volgende aankoop. Dus aangenaam verrast.
