Ho ordinato alcuni materiali per il modellismo con pagamento mediante paypal (quindi certezza di restituzione denaro in caso di problemi). A parte un po' di ritardo nella spedizione, per il resto tutto perfetto. I colori e gli altri prodotti sono stati incartati uno ad uno con la carta cellophane. Non so perché ma tutte le mail provenienti dal sito finiscono nella cartella spam

J'ai effectué une recherche sur internet pour trouver une boîte de pastels Neopastels de Caran d'Ache au meilleur prix. J'ai choisi Hartem en raison de l'offre intéressante. Mais je m'aperçois trop tard en consultant mon compte Paypal qu'une taxe de 44 euros a été ajoutée au montant de mon article, ce qui place le marchand parmi les plus chers du marché. Mais qui ajoute 44 euros de taxes à un produit ???!!!... Hartem ! que je déconseille vivement. J'ai demandé remboursement au vendeur. Je vais voir la suite.

SCAM!
Placed two orders with them and I haven’t receive any email confirming the purchase. Also, on the website the status “processing order” is endless. They don’t answer when contacted by email; they don’t answer when a ticket is open on the website.

UPDATE: They deleted my account on the website. They haven’t answered me by email, they didn’t provide a tracking number and neither I’ve receive the products I bought. They also didn’t respond my inquiry on Trustpillot and just flagged this as ‘defamatory review’, which they do this to EVERY negative (and REALITY TRUE) review they get. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

I don't know where these good reviews come from. I paid 11€ worth of art supplies last night, this morning I get a call from my bank's Fraud Detection department as I had basically $300 worth of payments for "Afterpay".

I had hesitated before buying. When I got confirmation e-mail for the order, it went into to my spam, which I found suspicious. The payments today confirmed it and of course no payment done for 11€.

Now my card is blocked.

Pierwszy raz zamawiałam artykuły plastyczne w Hartem, ponieważ znalazłam tam moje ulubione akwarele, które trudno mi było znaleźć we Francuskich czy polskich sklepach online. Na dodatek ceny niektórych produktów są bardzo atrakcyjne. Zamówienie złożyłam w niedzielę, a paczka była u mnie w piątek, więc w sumie szybko biorąc pod uwagę dystans Hiszpania- Francja (Alzacja). Jedno pudełeczko zabezpieczające tubki z farbami otworzyło się, więc mała sugestia do osób pakujących, aby lepiej zabezpieczyć towar. Ja jestem i tak bardzo zadowolona :)

Alor comment dire le site est les prix sont intéressants le sav répond vite par mail. Mais le problème c est leur transporteur GLS. J ai mis livraison en lieu sûr pour rajouter des détail pour qu'ils trouvent mon adresse vraiment facilement au final colis PERDU ou VOLER demander AVEC SIGNATURE OBLIGATOIREMENT pour avoir moin de souci. Aucune solution proposé ou arrangement aparament il vont ajouter des transporteurs, jamais j aurait choisi GLS si j aurez eu le choix !!! Ducoup après enquête de GLS je l ai dans l os NUL

Una gran decepción mi primera compra con harten yo que pensaba que era una de las mejores marcas me han enviado un pbebeo relieve vitral del distinto color que pedí y un blog de cinco hojas fabriano tamaño 70x100 con un doblez en el medio. He hecho una reclamación y todavía no me han contestado y además claro he pagado los portes

bestellung kam nicht an, leider war auch die sendungsverfolgung erst so spät sichtbar, dass die bestellung dann bereits zurück gesendet wurde. trotzdem wurden mir 12€(!) sendungsgebühren berechnet. habe also 12€ für nichts gezahlt. kundenservice ist eine katastrophe, extrem uneinsichtig und von oben herab

Muy contento con mi primer pedido con ellos, llegó en 48 horas, muy bien empaquetado. Con un lápiz y una postal de regalo. Seguro que repito!

I've ordered from them a couple of times. The art supplies always come packaged well - no breakages. Delivery was a bit slow, but I'm used to that in Ireland and the good prices make up for it.

I ordered Caran d'Ache Museum Aquarelle pencils for a very competitive price. The package arrived without problems in a perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Everyone who assisted me with my order was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond! Even when my package had an issue with Fedex, they were quick to provide all the information and I was able to receive my package as soon as possible, I'm from the US and customs is a headache specially when it comes to paints or packages from other countries, but thanks to them I was able to purchase a ton of Vallejo paints for an amazing price, and shipping was extremely fair compared to some other websites. Everyone in their team has been a delight to work with! Similar to other companies when shipping from outside the US, customs will always be a pain and a half, but they were so quick to work with them so honestly i would definitely reccomend and i give them a 100000/10 with everything, in professionalism, response time and keeping me up to date with everything!

J'étais un peu réticent à commander sur ce site (peu d'avis). J'ai commandé de la peinture, le colis est arrivé en bon état et les produits sont bien emballé. Je repasserai sûrement par ce site, le choix des produits est large !

Ik plaatste begin deze week een bestelling op Hartem en kreeg kort daarna meteen een mail om te laten weten dat een van mijn bestelde producten niet langer beschikbaar was. Dit werd super snel afgehandeld met Joyce van klantenservice. De communicatie was zeer vlot, vriendelijk en duidelijk. Ze hebben alvast een nieuwe vaste klant erbij door de goede klantenservice!

Ich bin begeistert, der Kundenservice ist top...eine Farbe war nicht vorrätig, man hat mir sofort 2 Alternativen geboten. Der Versand hat etwas länger gedauert, das liegt aber an GLS. Die Preise sind unschlagbar...ich werde Stammkunde.

I was looking for a new specialty pastel paper (Canson Mi Teintes Velvet) and it was around $39-40 per 9 x 12 pad here in the U.S. In my online search I came across the Hartem site and was intrigued. Based on their Craftelier ratings, I decided to take a chance on this art supplier. The same 9 x 12 pads of the velvet paper were only $22.44 U.S. That is such a significant difference in price. From the time I placed my order to receiving and opening the box was only 10 days (which included two weekends). I live in the middle of the U.S. so I am impressed! I received emails when my order was received, processed, and shipped. A FedEx tracking number kept me appraised of my order every step of the way. All my purchases were packaged very nicely, and I am delighted with my new art supplies. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Hartem!

It's all right, all goods ordered arrived in 8 days (from Spain to Italy) no needed to contact customer support. Very good

Very, very, very difficult to have a constructive dialogue with them in case of a problem (delivery in my case), apart from the rudeness it appears they have a problem with understanding basic grammar and reading all emails.

After an email exchange (5 from me and 3 from them) I have decided not to buy ever again from them

Un délai de livraison trop long, 10 jours. Des pointes de crayons cassés et lorsque je réclame iis me répondent qu'ils sont une petite société qui démarre et qu'ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser. Je signale que la boîte de 12 crayons coûtent 6 euros pas de quoi ruiner une boîte même qui démarre. Par contre ils auraient pu faire plaisir à une cliente et la garder. J'irais faire mes achats ailleurs.
