I was treated with compassion, respect & understanding.
I was well informed throughout , and guided through the funeral arrangements.
Any questions or concerns I had were answered on the same day.

My mum passed away 23/6/26. My mum had paid for her own funeral years ago. I first went into the Nuneaton CO-Op funeral Parlour. We met Emma. On leaving we knew my mum would be taken care of. All the staff were always kind. It's something you need without realising it. Emma had Tara the Celebrant do the service and they are a double act. Excellent.

We were going to visit three different funeral directors for Wendy with The Heart of England Daventry being the first. From just walking in off the street Michelle was fantastic and supportive for the family. When we left we didn’t bother with the other directors and chose to stick with option one. We cannot state highly enough how great, supportive and empathetic Michelle was for the family and no matter what time of day we walked in off the street to discuss things she was always free. This was followed by the service where the vehicle team headed by Leah? were again fantastic, as well as the Celebrant, Adrianne, who looked after the service. The family appreciated the help and guidance from all involved and guided us through the process with kindness and respect for Wendy. Brilliant and thank you.

Everyone was so thoughtful and understanding. It is such a hard time to go through but they have thought of everything and helped so much.

Everything, from the initial meeting with Diane to the service provided on the day, all was handled smoothly and sensitively by Co-op staff.

They helped to provide a fitting send off for my late husband.

The staff were caring, considerate compassionate and patient. The service they provide is exemplary.
I have to say a special thank you to the drivers, it was a very hot day and even though we originally said we would not require the car to take us on to the wake, they waited and asked if we were sure and kept the car there just in case.
Also a mention for the driver of the horses and carriage, for keeping his cool when rude inconsiderate uber driver and others decided to overtake.
Highly recommend.

All of the staff we came into contact with at the Co-op funeral service in Daventry were both compassionate and also very helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the third time we have chosen the Co-Op to carry out funeral arrangement for ourselves in the past 19 years and we've been sufficiently impressed every time that we have returned

Thank you for taking care of our family in a professional way at a difficult time. Nice touches like asking what colour tie we'd like you to wear, and calling the night before the service even on a Sunday was appreciated.

We cannot thank Jordan enough for the care, compassion and professionalism he showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. From our very first meeting, he treated us with kindness, patience and genuine empathy, making an incredibly difficult process feel so much more manageable.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he guided us through every step with warmth, respect and understanding. He took the time to listen, answered every question, and ensured everything was exactly as we wanted for Mum. His calm reassurance and attention to every detail meant we could focus on saying goodbye, knowing she was in the very best hands.

Jordan helped give Mum the most beautiful and dignified farewell, and for that we will always be grateful. He is a true credit to his profession, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing the support of a compassionate and dedicated funeral director.

A huge heartfelt thank you to Paula, Layla, Jess & team at the Ansty road coventry branch for their wonderful care of our dad and giving him the celebration he deserved, your attention to detail was immaculate and didn’t go unnoticed.

At such a difficult time, Jules and her Team were the ultimate professionals to guide us through and we cannot thank you all enough.

We were treated with dignity and compassion from beginning to end. Olivia was so caring and made the whole experience bearable.

Karen and Sam were so amazing in such a difficult time. They answered all of our questions with compassion and checked in with us regularly. This was particularly comforting because there was so much going on that we'd often forget what we had said or arranged and would need reminding.
During the funeral, Sam made sure everything was in place and our family knew what was happening. She directed our guests and allowed us to say goodbye how we wanted to. There was a very difficult moment when our family were particularly distressed at the funeral and Sam was so amazing and supportive. I really do not know how we would have coped without their incredible guidance at every step.

I chose Heart of england Co'op Funerals Rugby when my dear Husband passed away suddenly.
I dealt with Jordan Shilton, the Funeral Director and he was so helpful and guided me all through the proceedings. He kept me informed and phoned me when he said he would and was so reliable.
All of our friends and family said that the funeral was so lovely and a real tribute to my Husband, Richard. All this was due to Jordan's guidance and organisation I will recommend Jordan Shilton to everyone.

My Mother had bought a Coop Funeral Care plan online, at the time of her death we realised it wasn't the Heart of England Coop Funeral in Bilton Road, Rugby, as Mum would have expected it to be.
The process to redeem the care plan and services became seamless because of the care, understanding and respect of the team from Bilton Road Coop.

Carolyn showed our Family compassion, care and understanding when we we met them in peaceful environment at their premises, and offered us different choices to suit our needs. Thank you for also setting up the tribute page so people were able to leave their thoughts and consider making donations to the charities of our Mum's choosing.

We would also like to thank Emma, who was the Funeral Director on the day and we would also like to thank the Coop for their recommendations for the Vicar who conducted the Service.

Based on our overall experience, or Family can recommend the Heart of England Coop Funerals at Bilton Road, Rugby for their dedication and quality to service.

The funeral/cremation was at Rainsbrook Crematorium Rugby which is also superb.
