We have noticed recently the quality &


We have noticed recently the quality & quantity of the produce has improved greatly. Credits on poor quality items have always been easy to get but it was a bit of a hassle to do it regularly. We only requested a credit when produce was inedible and not when the quantity was lacking. We were considering cancelling our boxes. Now we are very happy and wanted to acknowledge that we have noticed a vast improvement in our produce.

What a joke hello fresh

Customer service is appalling they cannot help you with problems the company takes two payments in a week and then it does not resolve the issue ,twice this has happened and they just blame the bank ,they can't even deliver packages where they are meant to go , absolutely disappointing would not recommend this company to anybody, I was even asked to share my bank details via Facebook Messenger by one of the customer service reps absolutely appalling , then another representative told me he would rather lose me as a customer then resolve my delivery issues , piss poor attitude

Protein portions are too small for 4


Protein portions are too small for 4 people and should be at least 200g each. I feel like they have reduced over time to cover costs.

hi there unfortunately we were delivered mouldy beans in our box last week. other than that we are really happy I have photos and dates if you need them .

Loved the food but can’t delivery to my rural address and no where in our town will allow drop off for perishable food unfortunately. Maybe one day Hello Fresh will be able to.

I would like the option to for a fortnightly basis only

I would like the option to for a weekly or a fortnightly basis. It is very unhelpful to have to go in on a weekly basis to skip delivery dates. Would be much easier to have the option available for fortnight meals only.

Tasty and easy to make

The meals are yummy and easy to make.
I don't think there is enough meat though, I buy a four people box but have to always top up the meat (eg an extra chicken breast etc) to actually feed four, its really only enough for three people otherwise, so that makes it quite expensive- thats why I only get a box occasionally.

There is a range of options so you don't get bored. I'm retired, so I find it convenient and cost effective to use Hello Fresh rather than visit the supermarket where impulse buying is always on the cards!

Portion Sizes

Great Service, Yummy meals and easy to cook! The only thing I am disappointed about is there is not quite enough for the 6 adults that we have paid for. Would like there to be slightly more 1 person is only getting half a meal each time.

The promotion enticed me

The promotion enticed me, and broke a cycle of predictable suppers. Quality of food was excellent and recipes easy to follow and adapt to suit home grown veggies and extras for the family. Good work @hellofresh

Overall I'm happy with service, we recently tried another brand. Then switched back.
