Wrong item received, impossible to get a response from Hiplok

I ordered a lock but received a completely different one. I have tried to contact Hiplok/Plus8 via email and the contact form on their website to no avail. I am stuck with an incorrect product.

Less marketing I found the website without it

Product is good even through. I had to wait months for it am not disappointed in it
What I was really annoyed at was the amount of emails I’ve received with regard to marketing
Especially the one that said I could have a free carry case for my dx1000 if I ordered now you’d had my money for best part of three months

Working as intended

Order came early than expected. After a few weeks of using, the lock and chain I purchased are working as expected. Overall, happy with the purchase so far.

Amazing product and support

I cannot recommend Hiplok highly enough. Not only they make great products, but their customer support is excellent. In a moment of distress I was able to get the support I needed in a super quick timeframe that gave me a great piece of mind.
