Impressed from my first phone call to the settlement
I was impressed by Hodge, Jones & Allen from my 1st conversation with Jack Foran, New Client Advisor, who answered my 1st telephone call & made my decision to proceed with the solicitors (from others), to my longest contact with Emma Hall, who took over my case from a colleague & was always conscientious, responded promptly, flexible, respectful of my 'take' & a barrister-neighbour's advice, & collaborative - eg in deciding the settlement.
Aside, I maintain the settlement should have been higher but that wasn't due to Hodge, Jones & Allen but previous outcomes.

In safe hands……
Whilst my son was in custody, he was appointed a solicitor from Hodge Allen & Jones, and we feel incredibly fortunate that he was. From the very first call, his solicitor, took the time to ask thoughtful and relevant questions, immediately humanising my son in what was a very complex and distressing situation.
Both Ghislaine Sandoval and the paralegal, Roberta Jose, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, diligence, and compassion throughout the process. They managed to put vital procedures in place within a very short timeframe, ensuring that key reports and information were obtained promptly. Their organisation, attention to detail, and proactive approach made all the difference.
What stood out most was their kindness and the way they treated us with genuine care and respect — qualities that can often be hard to find in such a challenging legal environment.
Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we achieved a positive outcome, and my son is now home as we move forward on the road to recovery. I cannot thank Ghislaine, Roberta,
enough for their support and great effort.

Making a successful personal injuries compensation claim
I have no prior experience of claiming personal injury damages and was apprehensive about doing so after a severe road accident. Excellent service from start to finish!
I had a claim handled by Daniel Denton and I am really pleased with the service. The only firm I would use
Have always listened to what I need and adapted to meet my needs. All lawyers have gone out of their way to help me even if I have chosen to represent myself. I feel they have always gone above and beyond to provide support and advice
