Awful guarantor experience
Awful guarantor experience - HomeLet portal is simply awful. Poor and confusing user experience, sub-par technical implementation, additional confusing steps being required to get anything done, lack of any kind of indication about what is still outstanding, or where you are in the process. I have *zero* confidence the disproportionate amount of sensitive information they collected is even remotely secure. The guarantor contract is draconian, yet pressured into signing with no means of appeal or request for modification. I have no idea why estate agents or landlords use this system. I will be exercising my right to be forgotten at the earliest possible opportunity.

So i was due to review my policy and my…
So i was due to review my policy and my debit card was accidentally declined. Doesnt matter, I immediately did the bank transfer as per your auto email reply's instructions. I've send the bank transfer record to you and requested not to debit my card again. But your system keep debiting my card in the following days and your staff emailed me saying i still haven't pay the renewal fee. And ive reply the email with the bank transfer record again yesterday during office hour and today you guys are still trying to debit from my card. Could you please advise what i should do now? Should i contact citizen advise or what?
