Adam Key - Excellent Professionalism
Adam Key was a professional, helpful and friendly individual to speak with over the phone. Not sure where all the good reviews…
Not sure where all the good reviews come from. I had a thoroughly uncomfortable experience as a guarantor. This company invited me to upload sensitive documents to 3rd party organisations - not a comfortable request in relation to cyber-security best practice. It also chased for information subsequent to telling me that I had submitted everything that was required. It was impossible to use the website to fix things. The virtual agent was as unhelpful as you would expect. I am typing this up as I await a call-back. Pretty sure I would be able to conjour up Finnegan's Wake by the time I hear back from them.

I spoke with Adam, who was just so lovely. He gave concise information, asked open ended questions to make sure i understood when he could, and was very honest and open about the information given.
He was absolutely helpful with setting up my policy.
Customer service is top tier and his dedication to ensuring the customer is sorted is impeccable
