Two issues worth flagging for prospective users and the development team.
First, the password field during account registration has paste functionality disabled. This is widely recognised as poor security practice. It discourages the use of password managers and pushes users toward weaker, manually typed passwords. The NCSC (UK National Cyber Security Centre) explicitly recommends that all online services allow users to paste passwords into web forms.
Second, the verification flow defaults to requesting an unusually broad set of financial data: open banking access, bank statement upload, and HMRC account connection simultaneously. While offering multiple verification routes can speed up the process, defaulting to all three at once feels excessive. Users who are privacy-conscious have no obvious way to opt for the minimum required documents without navigating away from the suggested path. I'd prefer the flow defaulted to the minimum necessary and offered additional options for those who want a faster process.
