Extreem slecht en storings gevoelig besturingssysteem voor onze cv ketel gekocht. Systeem komt uit 2018 en al voor meer dan 3000 euro onkosten aan gehad. Zelfs de storingsmonteur krijgt hoofdpijn van dit systeem.

Honeywell Home thermostaat. Mijn app moets opnieuw geïnstalleerd worden, de technische vragen die daarbij gesteld worden zijn voor een 'gewone' consument niet te begrijpen. Net 46 minuten in de wacht gehangen, eenmaal erdoor heen werd de lijn verbroken. De chatfunctie is niet actief ondanks dat de aangegeven werktijden gewoon kloppen met mijn tijd van chatten. Very Poor Customer Service
Installed wifi enabled thermostat yesterday at mountain cabin, 2 hours from home. Drove home right after installation because weather forecast indicated potential for snow and ice on roads. Tried to register product as instructed by installer in order to have remote control. After inputting necessary info was instructed to physically turn down thermostat to 44 to complete registration. Nothing in the written materials said this would would be required nor did the installer. When I called Honeywell and explained the situation I was told nothing the requirement must be met. When I explained further and mentioned this could be a liability issue for them I was still told nothing could be done. Forewarned, it could be resolved, but not knowing leaves me in vulnerable position on the roads currently if I drive back up, and for a potential temperature related incident in the cabin if I don't. This strikes me as unnecessarily poor & uncaring customer service.
Do not buy honeywell products!
The app is outsourced and does not work with alexa. Well not for long anyway. It is criminal that these things are still on sale. Do not waste your money!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Honeywell regarding the T10 thermostat and their handling of the warranty.
After water damage, my system was fully restored, and Honeywellâs technical support recommended installing a T10 on my central system. Following their advice, the thermostat was installed â and it turned out to be defective.
I had to call two installers: the first couldnât identify the problem; the second confirmed the T10 was the issue. Despite this, Honeywell refused to honor the warranty, effectively leaving me with a $800+ thermostat I now have to discard.
Customer service was unhelpful, technical support failed to properly support the situation, and warranty management was unacceptable. I share my experience so others are aware before investing in Honeywell/Resideo products

Hv bought air purifier and it has problem with the sensor within warranty complaint lodged on 20/10, still pending despite sending three reminders. Standard reply from customer service will inform service centre . Pathetic service and follow up on customer complaints
Terrible product and service
This is a terrible company. We have a programmable Honeywell thermostat in our home. The builder was the one that put it in because in the home we had before that we had a Honeywell that took an electrical engineer to figure it out and still couldnât get it to work. These products are made poorly. Thereâs a very very poor instructions. And their call centre is some foreign office where the person speaks through voice and headphones and does not have the abilities. Speak English. I would scream as fast as I could away from this product.

Evohome, Als het werkt is het ideaal
Als het werkt is het ideaal. Echter iedere twee jaar wel een storing. De instructies om dit te verhelpen deugt niet. Men noemt verkeerde acties en gebruikt verkeerde namen (ook door elkaar). Dit geld ook voor de YouTube. Dit kost me ieder 2 jaar ca. 150 euro om een installateur te vragen om de storing te verhelpen.

Honeywell Wifi Color Thermostat - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased a Honeywell Wifi Color thermostat 8 months ago. Last month I got a $400 electric bill even though I keep my AC set to 77 or 78 degrees (not very low for summer in Florida). Upon investigating, I found that the thermostat was not shutting the AC unit off when reaching the temperature set on the thermostat if I set it to 77 or 78 degrees. So, I set the temperature to 79 degrees and the thermostat shut the AC unit off once it reached 79 degrees. I called Honeywell customer support and explained the situation. Their answer was that the thermostat was probably trying to keep the house at the desired temperature. When I provided them with the results of my investigation citing that it worked correctly when set to 79 degrees, they just repeated their previous answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Harmful ceiling fans
My mother purchased 3 ceiling fans on Amazon sold by Honeywell. The fans have been recalled due to blades coming off and flying through the air. Amazon gave her all the information to contact Honeywell to order replacements. Honeywell passed her on to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer passed her back to Honeywell. Not one company will take accountability and replace the fans or at least give her the $400 back she spent. Money was collected for these fans and pocketed. Your customer service and company transparency lacks and you should be ashamed. Sleep well, knowing your fans can cause serious damage and perhaps death but at least you have your money.

Acquistato un termostato caldaia smart per mezzo dell'installatore ad un costo esorbitante, dopo poco più di 2 anni e dunque a garanzia legale scaduta, il display touch del termostato ha smesso di funzionare, rendendolo illeggibile e dunque impedendo ogni operazione di programmazione su questo. Ho contattato Honeywell per avere spiegazioni in merito, ma sono stato dirottato verso Resideo, che Ú un brand associato, che a mia conoscenza gestisce la parte Smart del dispositivo. Contattato a mia volta Resideo, mi Ú stato risposto di rivolgermi al fornitore per problemi di garanzia, ma ovviamente essendo questa scaduta, neanche dal fornitore ho ricevuto risposta in merito. Ora io mi chiedo perché ho dovuto affrontare un costo 10 volte maggiore (rispetto per esempio ad un prodotto cinese), per acquistare da un brand che dovrebbe rappresentare l'eccellenza, e ritrovarmi dopo pochissimo tempo, un dispositivo inutilizzabile, ed un'assistenza post-vendita completamente assente. Decisamente questi due produttori non riceveranno più attenzione da parte mia e non vedranno più i miei soldi. Lascio questa mia recensione per mettere in guardia tutti coloro che stanno pensando ad un acquisto simile, credendo di fare un investimento duraturo per un prodotto affidabile, a fronte dall'elevato costo. Attenzione, non Ú così per Honeywell/Resideo.
Printer driver cannot be downloaded directly and no support.
If you buy a printer (for labels) you can not download the printer driver directly. You have to make an account on their website and then you have to download their weird "downloading" software that seems to nest itself deep into windows. I can only asume that it is horrible spyware. Since it does require internet connection to downlaod the actual printer driver, you cannot block it's internet access. That is simply a no go, if you do anything important on your PC. Like using it for business, online banking, or just logging into into any other important website. I tried to contact them. Trying to call the phone number (german) would just say that the number does not even exist. I wrote them e-mails and of course no response. A printer that does not come with a printer driver or without direct access to an actual printer driver without the driver itself requiring internet access is unacceptable. The hardware itself might be fine, but as it stands: Avoid that company if you can. Especially if you are a business customer.
