Bought a VisionPRO 8000 and now I have problems connecting VIA laptop PC 4 months later. I can't make changes to the device and when I look for customer service, the number for Resideo Customer Care at 1-855-733-5465 or via Chat do not work and there is no "CHAT" button to contact them. I bought a humidifier from Canadian tire(Honeywell)oct of 2020 and stop working by January 2021. I called them about repair or replace because it's under warranty(2yr). Representative told me because it's in Canada that's why it doesn't cover but she will do me a favor and send me a new humidifier within 10 to 14 days. That was in Feb 5th, I Called them today to follow up today( Feb 18th) she told me they have the product, they will send to me soon. When I asked her why it wasn't sent earlier, her reply was it was back order. When I asked her can you guarantee me within 10 to 14 days her reply was she can't guarantee the time. I asked her to send me an email saying that it will be coming within the time frame she told me , she doesn't have access to the email. I asked her if I could talk to a supervisor or someone with email access , she put me on hold after 20 minutes she told me no one was available.

II could give this company a zero I would. They obviously could care less about customer service or tech support. I have a thermostat that seems to have internet connectivity issues. I need to remote reset it and if I was there to reset as they suggest I would not really need a remote thermostat. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes on 2 seperate occasions over the last 2 days. Your company needs help but of course no one wants to pay to hire any one anymore. I will definitely be shopping for another companies device. It is too bad because when your device works it is great but hope that you do not have a problem because you will not ever speak to anyone. And from other posts that is useless any way from the repsonses.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The thermostat keeps having issues from power issues, then WiFi, now the device wonât even let us connect to WiFi. Itâs awful. Each and every time on hold trying to get through to support for no less than 2 hours before even talking to anyone. Awful.

Fitted a Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat and really wish I hadn't. It does not connect to my wifi so really is just a door stop. There does not appear to be any customer service available, phone calls just hang. Im in the UK, so timing is important and there is no support here.

Just bought a new thermostat for $169 and was having a few questions about the wiring. Called and got India on the phone (shocking I know). After she (re-read) all the same stuff in the manual, she hung up on me. (First 25 minutes). Called back and she said she had to ask someone. 19 minutes later, the phone hangs up. Typical American company outsourcing their support and we pay for it with zero help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchase four (4) light for the front of our home. We have three(3) at the garage doors and one (1) at the front door. These were auto-on at dusk. I sealed these to the brick walls and utilized the hardware that came with the lights. Almost immediately, the dusk-to-dawn feature on three(3) of the lights were inop. I luckily saved a box and Samâs Club was nice enough to allow me to exchange them for four(4)more. Back out I go to install all four(4) light fixtures. Well, here I am. I must turn-on the power as of the two of the three by the garage, the dusk-to-dawn feature is inop. The one(1) at the front door is luckily still working. We have been here for many years and weâre forced to replace the much-needed exterior lights a few times now and the Honeywell fixtures were the shortest-lasting of all! The dusk-to-dawn feature is not a huge deal and we never had it before. It is now winter here in Ohio and inthe spring I will once again spend in excess of $150 and I will NOT purchase HONEYWELL light again! I would not advise anyone else to do so unless they store ALL of the boxes, receipt and hope the store is like SAMâS Club and allows you to exchange them or new ones in hope it was just the luck of the draw! I certainly do not expect the exterior lights to last forever but, a few months at best? AND! Who has time to register exterior lights.While you should, they are counting on the fact you will not save everything! Boxes, receipt, etc. and register a $28 item!

Worst product and worst customer service. We bought Honeywell RTH9585WF Smart color thermostat. Within month of installation, thermostat showed Sensor error. I tried to reach customer service via phone as well as online chat. I was waiting on phone line for 1.5 hr but not able to reach customer service. Same with online chat. NO body responded to my chat even after 1 hour.

Heater broke after 3 months occasional use. Not a cheap one either. There seems to be no way to activate a warranty claim. I tried online - obviously it's not Honeywell themselves - something called 'Helen of Troy!' Of course, Helen was responsible for bringing down the whole city/empire. Maybe this warranty company could be seen to bring down the entire group of companies it has conned into managing their warranties? Anyway - I digress - I filled in the details on email and pressed 'send email.' Nothing happened - not on Firefox, Safari, or Crome. Nice. Waste of our lives...

Helaas wordt er door Honeywell niet op klachten ingegaan. Je wordt afgeserveerd met de opmerking dat je de stekker eruit moet trekken en weer terug in het stopcontact moet steken.
We wilden een slimme thermostaat om deze op afstand uit te kunnen lezen en bedienen maar dit werkt dus helaas niet. Ik heb spijt van deze dure aanschaf.

It was the absolute worst experience
It was the absolute worst experience. Spent hours and hours on the phone with Honeywell reps and never got the WiFi connected to my laptop, phone or iPad or any other device I own. In fact I had to reprogram the device as it changed the settings and it took over an hour on the phone with the rep to get it back to the original setting as it would only blow cold air. Never would I recommend this product.

Honeywell Resideo Customer Care DO NOT CARE. I was still unable to reconnect our wi-fi thermostat after trying all suggested solutions. Nov 23, 2020, I placed a call to Honeywell's Customer Care and was on hold for 2.5 hours and then my call was disconnected by Honeywell. If I call again, I will need to wait in line again possibly for another 2 hours and will get disconnected again. What is the point of reaching out for help?! I begin to suspect if Honeywell's Customer Care is staffed at all. Totally frustrating with this kind of in-name-only customer service. My rating for this company is 0 star. I hope we never had chosen this Honeywell thermostat TH8320WF product.
