Ordered pearl studs and they’re cheaply made, Damaged, broken, low quality, different shapes and size. Looked nothing like their website. Currently requesting a refund via-email.

ease don't waste your money.

Please don't waste your money. The goods were soddy workmanship, the pearls had very thn coatings. And if you try to get a refund you need to threaten to taje them to court inspire the fact that they had acknowledge receipt of the goods. Signed for Royal mail. Absolutely terrible.

We checked the tracking and can see that DHL has placed the parcel on hold due to a delivery processing issue. We’ve contacted you directly by email with the next steps and are ready to arrange a replacement shipment if the current parcel cannot be released in time.

The pendant was smaller than expected

The pendant was smaller than expected, but pretty.
The chain provided was stuck between the metal grooves on the backs of several of the settings. There were also pieces of glue sticking in these areas on the back settings.
The chain was frail, knotted & broken.
I know it was just a display chain.
You would be better off not providing a cheap chain in the first place, or securing the chain protectively in a plastic bag or wrapped in tissue paper.
