I have bought six items from House of Pearls over the past years. All were great, except for my Christmas gift of Magnolia earrings. The first time I wore them, the sterling needle/post snapped off of the brass base. I contacted customer service. They wanted photos of the damage. My phone could not send them. They said to send them when I could. FIVE MONTHS LATER, I was able to send the photos. Within a week, I got an apology for the broken earring's quality and a new pair.
I will order from them again. They have a great variety of styles and price points. Best of all, when something is wrong, they will go the extra mile to fix it.

I love these earrings. The lapis lazuli and pearl look beautiful together, and the gold-coated silver gives them a really elegant finish. They're lightweight, comfortable to wear, and look as beautiful in person as in the photos. Really happy with this purchase.

The pearl I got from HOP is lovely and always got a small gift as I always asking for "made to order". A lovely token for customer. Thank you. The delivery is always fast and on time too.

I purchased two sets of pearl earrings and each one was absolutely lovely. They were well packaged and one pair of studs came with an additional back for small earlobes so that they won’t tilt. I was very appreciative, I use them and they look just beautiful. I had to ask a question of customer service and responded in a very timely way and were professional and considerate. Item was delivered in an expected amount of time. First off the pearls where not the best quality. There AAAA grade was questionable at best. About 30% of the pearls were misshapen. It also came with a much cheaper looking clasp.
When I finally got a hold of customer service via email. We had to upload photos and wait several days to be "approved" to return the item. When pressed we were informed this clasp didn't match the website but was "better".
After all that, I ended up having to pay around $40 to ship it back, with tracking, and I opted for a signature required as I had zero trust in this company. I would suggest looking else where.
In my opinion, I feel this company is just buying inventory from where ever they can get it, and then they ship it out. I wasn't expecting anything amazing for a $400 necklace but I also wasn't expecting Temu/aliexpress quality either.

I received my necklace and was thrilled. I loved it. Put it on for the first time to go to lunch with friends and after having it on for 3 hours it fell apart right in my lap. The long bar that goes through the circle and a gold bead just fell off. I am trying to return it for a refund.

The pearl size is no where near the size 7-11 that your promotional materials lead me to believe it would be. Very deceptive and I will never trust your ads again.

I ordered akoya pearls and ended up with button pearls. Very poor customer service also, they wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange as I was very unhappy my pearl earrings were not round and genuine.
