Excellent service right from the start. After a nightmare with our previous supplier this has been a breath of fresh air.

We've had this service now 3 to 4 months , after a couple of installation problems which were sorted very quickly the service has been 5 star fast speeds no buffing and the guys the customer service are friendly and helpful , would recommend fibre to anyone

Switched to hull fibre few months ago from kcom,best thing I’ve ever done for internet service..cheaper faster and never cut out or lost service yet ..

Switched from KCOM a few months back after having continuous problems with them. I wish I’d of switched sooner, Hull Fibre have been brilliant since we joined. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Brilliant service! We have had ours installed a few weeks now and had ZERO issues! Rich was in touch the whole time and pushed things for me to get transferred over before previous supplier ended, which with 3 children who use the internet constantly was invaluable.
The cost saving is brilliant and no internet drop outs like KCom. I have already referred others. Finally a fair price broadband, and better service in Hull 👍

better speeds than my last provider I had a slight hiccup with service which was to do with ont and they had somebody from ms3 out to me next to have rectified, was happy with them, although problem has happened again

Hull fiber is a brilliant service provider. I have had nothing but great experience and service since moving across from kcom . Customer service is brilliant and then Evan offer enhanced services for people running own home servers. Great team and great service. Always recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys :)
