Hull Fibre レビュー 

So far my experience with Hull fibre has been nothing but good. We have been customers for roughly 3 months or so now. The customer service is great, they are so fast as well! The internet service hasn't faulted either. There was only once I've called them and the issue turned out to be the router we were using, not related to their equipment/service as we use our own. Cheaper than kcom too!

Had me set up super quickly, the speeds are as promised and super lovely service. Honestly so glad to have gone with them!!

Been 6mths slow internet and buffering. Changed to Hull Fibre no issues we just wish we had changed earlier.

Had a few issues at the start of using Hull Fibre.The customer care was always helpfull and the issues did get fixed.I now have fast speeds with no disconnecting on all devices and saving money compared to previous supplier.I have made the correct move to go with Hull Fibre.

Great Internet provider they always keep us updated when there will be maintenance, notify us of impending monthly payments etc. Therenever seems to be a drop in the speed or goes down so we have continuous service. Really good Internet provider, can highly recommend them.

Moving over to Hull fibre has been a fantastic decision not only is our broadband faster but is also a lot cheaper than our previous supplier. Moving over was quick and effortless

Quicker speed for less money than our current supplier. Installation was quick and as planned. Customer service responded promptly to sign in query. In summary a good experience so far 👍

Hull Fibre is a great internet provider. They have installed our router with great quality. The speed of the WiFi doesn't disappoint either!

Customer service is excellent I was having a connection problem (which turned out to be from my Company's end) but the technician was great he ran a few checks from his end which took no time at all and then gave me some great advice on how to get a better connection at my end would definitely recommend Hull Fibre!

Good service keeps you informed if any issues. Been with them for a few months and very cheap compared to KCom

The transfer over was made so easy and we have noticed a difference in the speed of the Internet since changing over. Would defo recommend

Few problems with speed and few maintenance issues which to say we’ve not had this long isn’t the best of starts

Great service from signing up to the installation. Great communications from this company to keep me updated on the progress of the installation. Very pleased so far with the service and speeds from my package. I’m now paying 50% less than what KCOM were charging me per month a saving of £30 pm

Absolutely fantastic. Almost a year in and not one issue, unlike previous city wide supplier!! Excellent customer service with a personal touch. Highly recommended.
