Great team and feel supportive overall during the business set up and education. The app from both admin and patient view could use some improvements but otherwise so far so good.

Super easy and CC knew her stuff. You could tell she loves what she does and truly wants to help people. I’m excited to say that I’ve already started losing weight and I’m only a week in. Highly recommend Hydreight and CC’s Mobile IV Therapy And Aesthetics!

It's just a lot of steps to get to what you need to get to. Last week was actually my first week in business. It was a bumpy to say the least but I'm glad the clients were patient and understanding.
Disappointing experience
You decided to make a "soft announcement" that Olympia pharmacy was available again in webinars that are not pertinent to my business. I get 5 emails every booking that is made. Why was it so hard to send an email this time? You should have emailed the business partners that have been with you for years. We are struggling to stay in business because one of the only two pharmacies abruptly became unavailable.

This has been a terrible experience. I still can't figure out how to get a patient scheduled. I get to the point of picking a place and it will not let me select my address. I have messaged several times. Talking to someone or having someone help me would be great. Otherwise a refund of my 3k dollars would be great also.

My onboarding experience has been great. Very smooth process and lots of support when I need it. However, being from California it seems it’s a lot harder to get vitamins shipped to the state. I’m worried I will always be waiting on products to come back in stock and to have pharmacies carry the products I want. We shall see!

The inconsistencies with the pharmacies…
The inconsistencies with the pharmacies are troubling. I have also had issues with the availability of the Dr's. The final issue I have is that I've been wanting to start another franchise, and would like to talk to someone about pricing, and what that looks like. I have yet to be able to get a straight answer from anyone before they go ghost on me.

recently had an IV mobile nurse visit me at home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The nurse was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure to explain the entire process to me before starting the treatment, which put me at ease. The nurse was also very gentle with the IV insertion, and I barely felt anything.
The convenience of having the treatment at home was fantastic — no need to go to a clinic or hospital. The nurse arrived on time, was efficient in setting everything up, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was very thorough in checking my vitals and answering all my questions.
Overall, I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs IV therapy at home. The nurse’s expertise and the convenience of at-home care made the experience seamless and stress-free.

Unable to get semaglutide shipped. It’s been over a week and a half since ordering.
I love the business success squad
I love the business success squad. They want you to succeed and do what they can to grow your business. The pharmacy response is way up from what I would say last year. The Pharmacy director Lindsay is responsive, smart and very thorough! My huge issue is with tech and they drive your business. Hydreight needs to work on tech. I am sure they are overwehlmed however, tech support never works out for me. Their response time, response itself and the success around tech with there patient specific orders is still horrible.

Product was missing. No communication. I received the email that the order was fulfilled and had to inquire.

This review may be personal to me and how I learn something new. But I have not liked any part of how this system has been introduced. It has been very confusing, information is all over the place in no order, the videos are very amateur and hard to stay engaged. When seeking information You are rerouted around because this person doesn't handle this and this person only knows about this. I am only part time at this and when I do have time its hard to focus on what i need to review and updates are not found in a central location some are emailed or texted or posted somewhere i usually just stumble upon them.

Everything is great except the pharmacy. Products aren’t always in stock and sometimes shipping takes a while. Products aren’t always usually needed ASAP once ordered. I was also told that after my initial order, shipping would only take a 2-3 days. This has not been the case.
Just starting out.
Helped me with ordering and frequent communication. Allot of us have dual jobs so this fits in the cracks!!
