Everything shipped in a timely manner and communication was great. Anytime I've had an issue pop up it's always resolved quickly all the while keeping me in the loop.

It’s ok, I recently joined and I’ve done IV therapy a lot of different places and for other companies in the past, and I already have a clientele so i decided to try hydreight out to see if this would be easier and less hassle since it’s marketed as “all in one” services. But right now I’m a little frustrated and overwhelmed. It’s farrrrr too many long videos that really don’t help us get started and situated on the platform with the things that are important to us- pricing, how to book, and creating a better streamlined experience with our clients that is personal and that works. I see that they are trying but it’s actually way more confusing— this app is poorly designed and extremely confusing, I feel defeated every time I open it up. I have been on so many webinars, calls, and watched recordings but I’m still not quite set up to take clients/personalize my “website”/menu, or anything that actually matters for my business. ANDDD I have customers waiting for me. It’s frustrating that they only have an email and everyone has separate jobs/roles and they just bounce you around to different people all day. I feel lost. I wish there was a active Fb page or something with other ppl where we can help each other. I can only imagine how ppl who’ve never done this business must feel. I’m sure I’ll figure it out but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I handle customer service differently so my goal is to make back the 3k investment and then reevaluate if this is worth it. This is an honest review.

I gave it 1 star as they don’t have much option for California Residences. Vitamins are limited thus you can’t really use their set menus. You are stuck with IV PUSH menu only but even that you cannot do because they don’t have pharmacies that delivers vitamins to your residence if you only operate as mobile business. For the annual membership price it’s not worth it. For other states I think it’s great and will give it a higher rating.

Honestly, so far I am not impressed. There’s no direct person for you to talk to if you have questions. You either have to send an email, you usually don’t get a response for 24-48 hours, or attend a webinar. If you aren’t attending the right webinar then they won’t address your question during that webinar. If you email the wrong person it feels like you get attitude about it. I was offered a Dream Bundle when I signed up. I requested it to be shipped a little over 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. I also cannot find any where that it shows it has been shipped. I signed up a couple months ago but have not been able to get started because I have not received all my supplies yet.

The Hydreight concept is great, I couldn’t be a business owner without them. Hydreight helps me to manage all of the business side so that I can be a nurse! Coordinating pharmaceuticals, payables and receivables, nurse payouts, patient payments, scheduling…. Securing medical directors… Hydreight and the app makes all of that possible in one place. However the app is my nemesis, very rarely can a patient book an appt without help. My other issue is that there are a lot of things you can’t get from the pharmacy so I’m constantly shopping elsewhere.
The app is my biggest issue, and I have issues with it on the daily. However you can’t do it without the app.
They do have good tech and marketing support.

my order took very long to be ship and till now im still waiting to be complete.

All of the team is great to work with :) My package had a shipping injury in transit and they worked quickly with the vendor to get my replacement products sent out the same day!

I was misled by my original Sales Rep regarding NAD. The B Complex for all the CA drips is back ordered. Basically, all the things I need for my business in CA are not available, and I'm in limbo. Have had to be a very squeaky wheel to get help. Still waiting for word on NAD. At this point still considering pulling out. I'm not sure what to do. I'm not motivated to keep training to get off the ground since I can't get what I need. People I did talk to were very nice but it's been a week and a half and I still don't know what's going on.

Hydreight has been amazing for my business. They are very quick to resolve any issues I come across. Hydreight is fairly new and is going to have hiccups but over the two years I have been a partner they have only gone up. Truly the best decision I ever made.

We've been partnered with Hydreight since early 2023. We dropped the ball in really committing to our business the first year. It would have been easy to assume a lack of success was related to Hydreight rather than ourselves. We decided to commit for another year and really give it our all. We have access to an incredible amount of online resources including weekly webinars, previously taped trainings and more. I am grateful to have found Hydreight, they opened up the ability for me to start the business that I've been trying to conquer for years. Hydreight worked with me on the process and although some bumps in the road never stopped making me a priority in helping to achieve my goal. Hydreight makes it easy to start out and has everything all in one. The webinars are helpful and they follow federal guidelines. The pharmacist is always very responsive. They also take the hassle out of taxes which is nice.

The app is difficult to work with, after two years of constantly emailing IT for repeated issues I can’t handle dealing with it anymore. They also lack multiple vendors so when one thing is out you’re stuck waiting for it to come back in stock and have no other options to choose from.

What Hydreight is doing well is providing the platform for RNs to own and operate their own IV hydration business.

What Hydreight desperately needs is a highly functioning EMR and booking system. The current platform is still glitchy and cumbersome some use after 2 years. I still feel insecure about sending people directly to the booking app. I literally hold my clientd hand thru the entire proslcess and ita 2025. They should be able to tap, tap, book, pay, tap, done. Ai+Ai=Ai

The ordering of meds situation is an issue for me as well. But I'm in California, so...it's not your fault...lol!

Hydreight is a great resource for nurses who want to become their own boss by owning an IV Therapy business. The support from the business coaches, the pharmacy and the medical oversight is top notch with a focus on the highest of standards. Highly recommend
