I recently placed an order with Hydreight Wellness on Wednesday, and by Friday, I received a partial delivery. The remaining items are expected to arrive from the pharmacy before the following Wednesday. While I was initially concerned about the split shipment, the communication and follow-up have been great.
Additionally, I had an issue with a coupon code, but the inventory team handled it quickly and efficiently—great customer service! So far, I’m extremely happy with my experience and appreciate their prompt responses and professionalism. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them!

The good and the bad
As in all things, Hydreight has good points and bad. I found the onboarding process to be really user friendly and efficient. I don’t hate the app. It has come a long way in the year I have been using it. I love the videos Hydreight provided for learning throughout my startup. I also really like the business success coaches. I knew very little about marketing or business management and the business success coaches were a big help to me. I know I got on my coach’s (Sarah M) nerves with all my questions, but she really was awesome, encouraging, inspiring, and so patient with me. I also really like the discount we get on our meds and supplies from the Hydreight store. I do not like the big up front starting cost. I don’t like what adds up to about 30% of my profit that hydreight takes from every dollar I make with commission, transaction/processing fees, and medical consultation fees. I don’t like waiting for my money because hydreight only cuts our payment checks on Tuesdays and Fridays. So let’s say you have a big bridal party on Sunday. Depending on processing times you may not see any of that money until Friday. I also don’t like that hydreight pays us with e-checks. So they email you a check. Then you have to print that check. Sign it. Deposit it to your bank and then wait on your bank to release the funds. Direct deposit would be SO MUCH MORE convenient. I don’t like that you have to pay extra and jump through extra hoops if you want to modify the services you offer clients. For example , I want to add the Lipo Mino IM weight loss shot to the list of services I provide my clients. To do that with hydreight I have to email the doctor/pharmacist for a special order and I have to pay an additional fee for adding the service. Finally I don’t like that Hydreight doesn’t negotiate pharmacy contracts with a large enough number of pharmacies. We haven’t been able to get zinc for months because empower (the pharmacy hydreight is contracted with at this time) is out of stock . You would think that with as many nurses as hydreight has that they would have back up pharmacy contracts negotiated to offset the high demand in winter for meds like zinc which is necessary for the immunity boosting drips. Unfortunately we are not able to purchase meds from other pharmacies while we are with Hydreight. You have to buy all your meds and supplies from Hydreight. So all in all I’m really glad I signed up with Hydreight because truth be told if I hadn’t I would probably STILL be talking about the IV therapy business I WANT to start. The big upfront cost hurts but Hydreight makes launching your business really easy. I have seen lots of nurses start with Hydreight and quit. It’s not easy and to whom much is given sometimes … much is required. I’m going on my second year with Hydreight and I made a decent profit in my first year. I really think this business can be as awesome as you make it. If you’re willing to put in the time and effort to market and grow your business, you can do well. If you’re looking for something easy where you just sign up, customers are referred to you, and all you have to do is start the IV and collect the checks…. You are going to be very very disappointed with Hydreight. I highly recommend you download the Hydreight app, create a profile for yourself as a client, and see if you can make contact with a Hydreight nurse in your area. Get a drip and chat up your nurse about hydreight. I love nurses. Ninety nine percent of us got into nursing because we love people and want to help. If a nurse reached out to me wanting to know how hydreight has been for me, I would be happy to help. I hope this review helps.

I had always wanted to open my own IV hydration business but thought it would be too difficult to piece all the parts together myself - not to mention expensive! I am so grateful that Hydreight provides everything I need to be successful for a FRACTION of the cost it would have taken to do this on my own!

Run away! It’s not what they say it is. We were told we would have access to multiple pharmacies to have access to one. There is terrible support and time is never of the essence. It takes days to get responses and they don’t work on weekends so if you have an issue good luck! Anytime you see a time sensitive offer from a sales rep is usually a sign to run because they don’t want you looking into reviews etc. should have never signed up! The fact you have to pay $3000 to get any information on what will be provided is not ok. They should be upfront with nurses instead of stealing money and keeping it tied up while you have an awful experience.
If you don’t do it, someone else will!!!!
I have been with Hydreight as a RN business owner since 2022. As others have mentioned, there were hiccups in the beginning. Growing pains per se. Fast forward to 2025, Hydreight has made it easy for me to run my business. Way back when I thought I could piece mail this entire process as an RN it was overwhelming. Hydreight simplifies the process and does give YOU the tools to be a successful business owner. You have to work hard, they do not do that for you! Do your research of your market, know what you can do before you make the decision to use the tools Hydreight provides for you. I am forever thankful for the Hydreight business owner who helped me step out of my comfort zone back in 2022. Hopefully I can be that for someone else someday!! Good luck!

Go for the Gold, It takes Practice but well worth it.
I have been with Hydreight since December of 2023. In this year I have learned that this business exactly what you put into it. I live in Florida, and I started this company when I was laid up for 2 months. It was the best decision I could have made for myself. I had a slow start but that is because I had no idea what I was doing. There was an onboarding education, but I am a hands-on learner. I told family and friends about my new company and gave a few away for free (after their consults) to get some experience using the software. Now I can do it in my sleep. If you are not comfortable selling yourself and experience, then this is something you will have to work on. I had to myself. I could talk to everyone about whatever but when it came down to me (like every nurse) It was hard to talk about myself. I learned that nurses have special skills not just to start IV's but really get down on a person's level and have a meaningful conversation.
When I started, I did not have any signage, but I still went out and did trade shows and motorcross days to get the word out there that I was in business. This business is not going to be handed to you. Yes, you have to get your own clients, that takes time, but you will learn so much about yourself and then business as you go.
I would recommend Hydreight to anyone that is interested. There is a lot of other companies out there but pick a specialty and go for it. I focus on athletes and Immune IV Therapies. Make yourself unique and put your personality into the company. You will do great.
I am really jealous that the admin that are available are amazing and really want you to do well.

Their regimens will not ship to California, you have to buy all vitamins separately and from multiple pharmacies. Then you need to setup a virtual office out of state that your order will be sent to and from there have your order transferred to you in CA. That can't be legal. Turnaround time for emails is ridiculous, there should be reps available by phone. The pharmacy was the only dept mildly helpful, at least getting back to me same day. The MD responded to me ONCE in the whole year I was with them. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

I know the team has my back!
The back office details are handled with professionalism. They provide a HIPAA compliant app, medical director, doctor of pharmacy, standing orders, legal compliance, support team, sales and marketing direction, and so much more. This allows me to focus on delivering top-notch services to my clients without worrying about the administrative side.
I highly recommend Hydreight to anyone, especially RN’s, looking to get into the IV hydration and vitamin therapy business looking for comprehensive support and back-office solutions. They are true partners in success, and I am grateful for their ongoing dedication to helping me thrive.

DONT WORK HERE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they do not call you, they take days to respond via email, so unhelpful. TERRIBLE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. I am losing clients because this website is so buggy. Most of all, you cannot even get a refund. So once you pay, you're in for a year unless you got the money to stop. Do not work here
Hydreight sounds good on paper, but doesn't work
Hydreight is an amazing business in theory. The plan sounds amazing, but does not work.
1) Tech support issues go days without prompt resolution.
2) There is no one to talk with to get a problem resolved, it is all email. Week-end needs must wait until Monday or Tuesday.
3) A new rule is all services must have provider orders before initiating service. It sounds good, but reaching a provider in under 1 hour is not consistently happening. Over half of my calls have been returned in over 1 hour.
4) Connectivity issues such as face to face with provider over the app include garbled voice, frozen images and dropped calls. When I report it, I am told no one else has these problems.
5) I have been with this company 2 months and cannot recommend it. Great idea, but implementation is severely lacking.

If I could give negative stars I would! -100 Stars 🌟 When you 1st sign up they promise you a service and product that they ultimately DO NOT come even close to what they deliver. Customer Service and the whole staff do not even communicate with you after multiple requests. I believe what they are doing is a scam and illegal. It may work for providers near them but out of state it is very very subpar and not they do not provide the services they advertise when you sign up. My advise is find a company near you or medical director and stay clear of this company!

Pls be aware that if you are starting as mobile business which most of us are the pharmacy will not deliver your supplies unless it’s a medical office. They will tell you to get a virtual office which cost about $99-200 a month in east coast or get your own LLC and to send your supplies will cost another $100. This company will not tell you this things you’ll find out after you signed up. You can’t talk to real person after signing up everything is through email even pharmacy issues. I emailed pharmacy inventory they never email me back in regards to where they send their supply here in Maryland. Very shady.
