Great experience. Everything is moving smoothly. Roughly 2 weeks since having my offer accepted and my mortgage has been approved. No issues with contact. Good communication and timely response. Yet to complete but so far so good! Thank you

What can I say except Sarah and Lee at IMB are amazing. We first started chatting with Lee about our situation one year before singing up to them and even then he gave us loads of advice about being mortgage ready and offered to look at our credit file monthly. Our advisor was Sarah. Her experience and communication where amazing and the whole process was stress free. We still cnt beleive we secured a mortgage and the online portal made it so easy. Sara always answered emails answering my questions and i never felt scared to ask stupid questions. We thought it'd be impossible for us to secure a mortgage as we had a complex credit history and defaults. We couldn't had done it without them.
The service was worth every penny and then some. We recommend anyone who thinks they won't be able to get a mortgage to try IMB first.

Excellent, personal service, amazing product range
Lee & Sarah made sure I was informed from start as a first time buyer. Very approachable with a quick response time so I was never left waiting or out of the loop. They were able to secure a mortgage when main street company’s and banks couldn’t & I'm very grateful for their services!
Still in touch & offering advice as we look towards remortgaging now & will absolutely be a returning client! Recommended to friends & family and they’ve had excellent service too!! Can’t thank yous enough! Excellent product range & professional, friendly service.

Sarah and Lee are true professionals with respect towards clients needs and see the bigger picture of the purchasing of a property. Making sure that all options are discussed and time is given for the client to reflect , process the information provided.
Sarah has supported me with my house purchase. Felt fully supported and listened to with any questions.
Sarah is swift with her communication replying to emails, sending information, documents and telephone. Time is made and appointments are kept to the time given.

Absolutely brilliant, Sarah’s a superstar broker!
Couldn’t recommend independent mortgage brokers enough!l and more importantly I couldn’t recommend Sarah enough, what an absolute superstar! What with everything going on in the financial economy me being a housewife and my self employed partner genuinely didn’t think we stood a chance at getting mortgage, especially not with a high street lender but we have officially been given our mortgage today just before Christmas! We couldn’t be happier. Sarah truly has been absolutely fantastic with us she has got amazing communication and made us feel like no question we had was to big or to small. Every question was answered and always put us at ease making sure we got the best deal available to us as first time buyers! Thankyou so much Sarah for absolutely everything!

Amazing team of professionals,
everything is very well explained and all the options given. Even if you are far from knowledgeable person about mortgages, re mortgages etc. like me, you will get every question answered in such a manner that will make everything clear for you.

Lee from the off was very straight and gave his advice in many ways on the best way to approach the new purchase of my home.
He was thorough and quick with his replies / information required and also getting answers regarding my mortgage status
his team have been absolutely amazing, going through difficulty of stolen identification which hindered application process and timeframe he still managed to secure a fantastic deal which I am really happy about.
When my remortgage is up for renewal I will not hesitate in using again to find the right product.
The process was stress free & any questions I had were answered promptly I can’t thank them enough & I would highly recommend.
