IMist annual service completed without fuss.
I was reminded by the company that my unit requires servicing. The service was easy to book and the company was very accommodating with the time of the service. The engineer arrived 15 minutes early and was waiting outside for the appointed time but was saw him and invited him in early.
Nick did the service quickly and was very polite and made no mess. He explained everything done and left his card, advising that we would be contacted next year as a reminder to book again.

All good but expensive

CPD was excellent
Eddie Sibley from iMist came to our Architecture office and talked through all the benifits of their water suppression system and how we as Architects can incorporate them into almost all of our projects. Wonderful presentation.

Friendly, professional and efficient

Outrageous Terms of Business
The company wants payment before you've even booked an appointment! Outrageous. Their explanation is completely invalid. No other company servicing heat pumps or sprinkler systems uses this business model
