Great friendly experience
We had a fantastic experience with Vicky from Insurance First. She guided us through the insurance process with patience and friendliness, making sure we understood all the details. Vicky helped us find the best policies and saved us money compared to our previous ones. Her regular updates and clear communication made us feel well taken care of. Ian Norris took over my case and was an absolute star. I have a difficult case and needed life insurance fast. He helped sort out what was needed for my partner and then talked me through all of my options throughly. Very easy to understand and made sure that I knew what each policy offered so I could make the right decision. Thank you so much!

Great service
Poor Kevin had tried contacting me a few times, but due to me recently having a baby it wasn’t the right time. He was very patient and understanding to our new needs and explained everything well. Very patient with my last min rescheduling too. No pushy sales and really easy to deal with.
