Ryan, my insurance advisor, was friendly, professional and efficient. I needed additional cover for an investment property I was purchasing. My current providers quote was above my budget and Ryan secured the same cover with additional benefits including private health care at a fraction of the cost. We used Insurance First after remortgaging through Embrace Financial Services, who refererd us.

Insurance First cover the whole market including specialist insurers. They get a commission from the insurers, so don't charge you.

After arranging a time to phone with Emily, we weren't left waiting for the call. She was friendly and explained each step as we went along. Our policy wasn't straight forward, and needed some extra work to get the best quotes, which was done and completed within a couple of days.
