I was looking taxi insurance when I came across insurd I spoke to Cameron Williams who helped me alot and went above and beyond to help me find the cheapest insurance he called different companies trying to get me the best price and he succeeded with a reputable company Admiral I couldn't have gotten that price if I had called Admiral directly so thank you Cameron.

Friendly and helpful member staff Mike. Honest to give the information. Very good service and support team.

I am writing to express my frustration and to formally address a serious miscommunication regarding the KinetiQ Drive tracking device. At no point was I informed that installing the KinetiQ Drive was mandatory. From the outset, I made it clear that I was not willing to have any tracking device installed in my car. I was explicitly told by Tiffany from the Insurd team that the KinetiQ Drive was optional and intended solely for discount purposes to potentially reduce my premium. I was assured that the decision to install it was entirely up to me.

I am now being informed that a cancellation notice will be issued if I do not install the device. This directly contradicts what was previously explained to me and is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, when I contacted customer support, I was told that the price would be different if I chose not to install the device, which again was not communicated to me earlier.

A fantastic company, Cameron Williams is a credit to the company. Very helpful and always ready to call for any queries or concerns. Very satisfied with the service received today.
