Waited very very long time for my clothes to arrive. When some of it did. The shorts had holes in them. And all the sowing coming of. Very poor low quality material. Boss writing coming off. And also with a pair of tracksuit set. All the writing coming off very cheap quick and easy Chinese material used. No labels and all the sowing coming of. This is as received. Nike sweat shirt which is not Nike at all cheap horrible material also all the writing coming of. One wash and you may as well throw it in the bin. I can not believe how there are such fraudsters out there that get away with this. Have tried speaking to there customer service and you won't get a reply ones they no your email or any ID of yours. They know who you are. And they will not reply to anything you are writing to them. Absolute big massive con. Am still waiting to receive everything else I stupidly bought from them as well. Reading the reviews I'll probably not get them. But seing the quality of what I've already received I am 100% sure if I received the other clothes they will be the same. I am not working and saved up to buy this clothes as I will be going in to hospital for surgery soon. And I have been completely ripped off. These people should be stopped. They rip you off keep your money and there is apsalutly nothing you can do about it. I've been trying to write to customer support team now over 4 days and they will not reply. Which is so frustrating. As i can quese by now I have been truly and utterly been done over. If anyone knows what can be done to stop these fraudsters get away with this report them. As you will be going through the same.

I bought a Jacket size 48 online. I found out that they sent me a size 50 with a paper tag stating size 48. Contacted Joop, got a returnlabel. So far no complaints.
Due to the covid situation I sent it back a few weeks later than planned.
After they received it they (specialist department??) descided that the jacket has been worn because it smels to perfume...., so I cannot get my money back and never got the right size jacket that I ordered. One big Joke. The jacket stayed the whole time in our wardrobe, never ever worn it besided trying on. Every amateur can see and even smell that! I am not finished with this situation!

Habe bei meiner Bestellung einen Newslettergutschein 15 € ab 150 € MidestBESTELLWERT eingelöst (wurde online so beworben).
Der Gutschein wurde bei der Retourengutschrift nicht mehr anerkannt. Begründung des Kundenservice: es handelte sich um einen MindestBEHALTWERT, da könnte man nichts machen (behalten habe ich eine Jeans mit einem Warenwert von 139,95 €). Da fühlt man sich veräppelt, werde dort nicht nochmal bestellen.

Leider die Schuhe ( Chelsea Stiefelette) hart wie Gummistiefel sehr unangenehm zu tragen. Habe die Hoffnung aufgegeben das die sich noch weiten bzw das Leder durch tragen weicher wird. Die Reaktion der Service MA leider eher frech. Die Schuhe können nicht zu klein sein wenn man vorne noch eine Daumenbreite noch platz hat zum abrollen.

I couldn't give them a o because there isn't one what a jock that site is never ever would i use it again i didnt realise it could take 75 days to deliver the goods and you cant cancel after 2 hours of ordering so I've just been robbed of £80 and by the looks of the reveiws ive got a long wait on either goods being a disaster or a fight to get my money back 😭

Bought a leather jacket of JOOP! Jeans. The colour totally faded after I used a cloth with a minimum of water to remove a stain. After consulting 3 different leather experts, who all believed the manufacturing (colouring) process failed, I submitted a complaint to JOOP!. JOOP! responded to this complaint stating I shouldn't have used a cloth with a minimum of water to remove the stain, therefor they will not provide any help at all. So in conclusion they leave me with a stained superlow quality leather jacket which I can't wear anymore and they really don't care. I feel robbed by JOOP!.

Also the service provided by the reseller "Strellson" (Leopold Vanderkelenstraat in Leuven) was ridiculously bad. The owner was extremely arrogant and impolite.

Ich habe eine Jeansjacke mit Expressversand bestellt. Die Jacke wurde rechtzeitig nicht geliefert. Ich habe keine Sendeverfolgungsnummer per Email bekommen. Als ich Kundenservice angerufen habe, können sie mir auch nicht sagen, wo meine Jacke ist oder wann geliefert wird. Das ist kein Service!

Habe bei der Firma am 22.05 eine Jacke bestellt, die innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferzeit pünktlich geliefert wurde. Die Ware war einwandfrei, was auch für die Verpackung gilt. Gerne wieder.
