Very generous company.
I ordered a black and white rug runner. When it arrived it was more black and gray. I requested a refund which they approved. They did credit my credit card but stated they were having trouble accepting returns. So, they suggested I donate the rug to a favorite charity. That speaks very well of this company.

Thank you for such a kind and thoughtful review — it truly made our day.
We're sorry the runner arrived looking more black and gray than the black and white you expected. We know that's not what you ordered, and we appreciate your patience while our returns process was temporarily delayed. We're glad we could still process your full refund quickly, and we hope the rug brings some warmth to the charity you chose.
Reviews like yours mean a great deal to our small team. Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back anytime.

Dear Steven,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are very sorry to hear about the issue with the edges of your rug.
Our rugs are designed to withstand regular vacuuming, so this is definitely not the quality standard we expect. We would love to look into this for you right away and see how we can assist.
Could you please contact us directly at info@justrug.com with your reference number #13815? If you could also share a quick photo of the frayed edges, it will help us find the best possible solution for you.
We look forward to your email and making this right!
Best Regards,
Jamie
