DO NOT GO WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

We moved to Market Weighton over 2 years ago. The issues started the second we went with KCOM. First off we did not have broadband for 2 weeks and when we called over and over again they could not do anything.

Now we have bought our own home, KCOM CANNOT supply broadband to it so they are charging ME £450 because THEY cannot supply broadband.

COMPLETE INSANITY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

EDIT - After calling KCOM as requested I have been told they cannot do anything. I raised an Ombudsman case against them and that didnt seem to change anything so I am having to £511.81 after all of this. Take this as you will!

Regretted leaving.

Recently left to connexion in Hull. Had nothing but issues since leaving in January. Had to contact ombudsman to leave them after regretting leaving kcom. Not worth the very small savings for the difference in service and customer service.

Mac was very helpful, patient and polite. Saved me some money too with his knowledge of my usage.

Mac was very efficient

Mac was very pleasant , dealt with my billing query efficiently and quickly and told me exactly what would happen . I am hopeful that my query would be sorted out , without the need to ring again.

Fantastic service from Mac - he explained all the various options very clearly - so helpful trying to get me the best deal for my mum. Very polite & friendly.

A local company provides a great
High speed internet service dir a very reasonable price!

A local company provides a great service for years. All local people should be supportive.
The process of renewing our contract was so simple, effortless. Customer service is very good & staff are very friendly to deal with!
