Good call, polite, although felt the caller was a little too friendly

Overall great product, great and easy delivery via amazon. Had to call customer service to verify router configuration. However, due to the simplicity of connectivity/ setup i thought i was not doing the right setup BUT it turned out the setup was so simple with No interaction needed i was panicking for no reason. Great great product.

Great OneTouchSwitch experience when switching from my old provider to KCOM. And the team was super helpful with the queries. 100% recommend now that the packages are more competitive.

I've been with KCOM for many years and have always found them to give an excellent service. My contract was due for renewal and I was offered what I consider a good deal. It was easy to renew my contract and a follow up query of mine was answered promptly and efficiently.

Just had KCOM, only took just over an hour. Special mention to Matt and Jake who installed everything, great customer service, thanks again Matt! Highly recommend

Had our internet installed today by Matt and Jake. Both were very efficient and polite.
I had to be out and the guys ensured that the job was finished by time I had to go they even sorted the app on my phone as I’m not very good with stuff like that.
Definitely a pleasure to have them fit the equipment and nothing was too much trouble. You couldn’t tell where they had been once finished.

KCOM has proven to be a reliable and caring service. Especially getting older, technology can be confusing but KCOM are patient and kind. I came back to them after trying one of the new providers and tell all my friends, that KCOM is the best service around. I’ve been back with them a year now and when my contract came to an end, found once again the help and advice I was given, is second to none. I’m a very happy customer.

Completely different experience to sky. I would recommend kcom any day over other broadband providers. Great customer service, local staff and efficiency

KCOM we're cheaper than previous supplier. The download and upload speeds were excellent and way faster than previous provider.
Recommended.

Great service

I had problems with my account due to Sky trying to get me to order every product they sold, Victoria at KCOM made sure my KCOM account was still secure and up and running, also Matt from tech support was able to help me with my buffering problems and broadband speeds, both were very helpful and polite, and able to sort out my problems.

Matt and Jake installed our KCOM broadband today and they were absolutely brilliant. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Both of them are a absolute asset to the company. Couldn’t be happier with the service! thank you both, Margarita & Craig 🤩🤩🤩
