Do yourselves a favor and go to William H Brown instead. They got my partner WAY more viewings and it only took 2 weeks to get an offer. While with Keith Ian it took around 6 months with viewings being few and far between. When comparing the two ads for our property from both Keith Ian and William H Brown, it was obvious why this was the case. From the photos to the write up, William H Brown was just so much better and a lot more helpful. I'm sure others have had a great experience with Keith Ian, but we have had the opportunity to make a direct comparison between them and another estate agent when selling my partner's property. It was undeniably clear to us who the better agents were and are.

What a fantastic agent, found me a property in a very short time, all the staff were professional, curtious and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Charlene from Keith Ian was the only estate agent who offered sensible advice and demonstrated fantastic local knowledge of the housing market. I had four estate agents evaluate the sale of my Mum & Dads flat in Cheshunt. Three of them appeared disinterested and simply took the lowest value from Rightmove to suggest as the asking price. In contrast, Charlene truly assessed the flat; she highlighted all the features that buyers were looking for and applied her experience to market and sell the property very quickly. She then handed the process over to Jordon, who was excellent as well. Together, they made a great team.

Sent these guys a query regarding a rental they didnt have the proffesionalism to reply to me whatever the situation was.

Do not use this company.
Keith Ian sold our property however service was appalling and unprofessional throughout. Failure to provide information when there was a serious problem in the chain, an unsupervised negotiator who provided poor advice leading to abortive conveyancing costs. When we raised our concerns we were laughed at. When we raised a formal complaint they failed to follow their own complaints procedures and threatened us with legal action immediately. Do not use this company.

Very unprofessional and lead us on to believe the houses is ours. Sent all out paperwork within two days and came back with lies and excuses and sold the house to someone else. The fact that he has the audacity to blame me. The least they could have done was be honest with us without leading as our and wasting our time.
Rubbish, dishonest and rude.
Will never trust them again!
A big let down

I bought my property through Keith Ian 10 years ago and I made the best decision ever to sell through them last month. They were simply amazing, Everyone on staff were constantly up to date on the progress of my sale and I relied heavily on thier expert negociating skills.

Smooth and hassle-free - would recommend.

They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with selling my and my partners home.

The worst estate agent I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with.

They put my property up for sale, during the process they didn’t provide me with any regular updates or any detailed feedback on the viewings.

I then decided to let my property with them, I had to chase to even get it advertised online. Adrian who works in lettings is incompetent and unable to even respond to emails. Not entirely sure if he has any lettings experience.

Plenty of other estate agents in the area who are far better, AVOID this company!!!

Keith Ian, and specifically Charlene, have been brilliant with our house sale and purchase. We had a difficult time with our chain and the whole process took a very long time. Charlene was constantly chasing for us and updating us and I don't think we would have got it all through without her hard work. Would highly recommend using Keith Ian.

My partner put in an offer last year which the estate agents in the Cheshunt branch confirmed was accepted. He was in the dark for almost 3 weeks to then telephone their offices and be told that there have been higher offers and he can no longer purchase the property. They had no courtesy to call in the new year and inform the buyer. Never heard of agents to mess people around this much. Awful service!! Do not use.

I would highly recommend Keith Ian to handle the sale of your property. The sale was emotionally difficult for me but Charlene handled it with such respect and compassion and was open and honest with me at all times.
