Ian,Mel and Charlene went over and above to help resolve an issues with white goods being left in my new home. They helped and informed me as things progressed throughout the purchase and were always open and honest. Exceptional after care customer service. We had our offer retracted for someone else very far into the process despite no error on our part and communication by Keith Ian was awful, we had to find out from our solicitors that the sale was no longer going through and we suffered great emotional distress. Would never recommend them.

First class! Providing more than I'd imagined any Estate Agent would ever do. What one requires from an estate agent is information and to know what is going on. We received detailed reports throughout the whole process. I've never experienced such a comprehensive and friendly service from an agent. All the staff at Keith Ian were very helpful and amenable. Ian, who mostly dealt with our case went above and beyond the remit of any estate agent I've ever dealt with (I've moved house a few times). He clearly has a thoroughly comprehensive knowledge and experience of his profession, and worked tirelessly, and successfully I may add, to make our chain work and our move go well. Stuart and his team at Buntingford branch were excellent throughout our sale. We were faced with numerous unnecessary twists down our chain with very little information forthcoming from agents or solicitors. Were it not for our Keith Ian agents determination to get answers and keep us informed at every turn we would have been completely in the dark. They kept us and our solicitors informed throughout the very stressful process and wouldn't accept being fobbed off by others. I also can't over play the part Stuart played in saving our purchase when our seller was seemingly being encouraged by Country Properties Baldock to pull out of the deal as our our sale dragged on. He stepped in to personally speak with our seller and keep him updated as to what exactly the hold ups were.
Stuart, Marie and Lyn care about the people they are representing our move would have been a whole lot more stressful without them.

Right from the start, Keith Ian were professional and efficient while selling our house. Photographs were taken and the house put on the market. The house sold very quickly but unfortunately there were issues with our properties in the chain. Charlene and Luke at Cheshunt branch looked after the sale extremely efficiently and we need to say that Charlene went "above and beyond" when it came to getting the house over the final hurdles through to exchange and completion.
Couldn't ask for better from her and Luke at Cheshunt and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith Ian at Cheshunt and Charlene in particular to sell your house.
