We brought our house through Keith Ian and they were awesome. We bought a fixer upper and they allowed us to have multiple viewings throughout the sales process, not once did we feel like an inconvenience. They were far more supportive than the agents we sold through and held our hand throughout the process. Next time we would sell through them without hesitation. Thanks to all of the team.

We have recently purchased a property through the Buntingford Office. Everything from the initial visit through to follow up requests and updates were well managed and well communicated. We were particularly grateful to Stuart & Lynn who were so helpful during the lead up to the exchange, in chasing solicitors and generally coordinating the transfer of information. Would thoroughly recommend their services.

I wanted to leave a review specifically on the interaction we had with Charlene in the Cheshunt area. Although we have now found a property that wasn't listed with Keith Ian, my partner and I both commented on how professional and personable Charlene was on the few times we went to view properties with her.
As first time buyers, we have found the whole process quite stressful but Charlene offered ideas, suggestions and really sold the properties we viewed well. It is clear she takes real pride in her job and makes personal connections with her sellers and buyers alike.
I would definitely recommend Keith Ian because of Charlene and think she is an asset to the company.

I highly recommend Kieth Ian Estate agents, they have been so helpful throughout the whole process, whenever we contacted them they were able to answers any queries we had straight away. In a strange time with the pandemic and lockdown, Stuart and Lynn were hugely helpful. They went above and beyond, negotiating communication even between myself (first time house buyer) and my own nominated conveyancers. The team in Buntingford were very friendly and easy to get into contact with and the house purchase may have been much more difficult/confusing without them.
