Truthfully, when I called Keith Ian, I had completely lost faith in estate agents. We had been on the market for over a year trying to sell a very beautiful, grade II listed, house. Admittedly this is not everyone's taste but...over a year!!
Ian said it was time to "shake the tree " and goodness me he certainly did!
Very soon we had viewings, were under offer and sold. It wasn't a straight forward sale.

We used Keith Ian to sell our home of 34 years and Chris from the Cheshunt branch was most helpful with the evaluation and marketing of our property to secure a sale. The viewings were accompanied by either Chris or Ian which I was very pleased abou. Ian secured a sale and along with Chris saw everything through right up to the day of exchange and keys handed over. Keith Ian were brilliant when we were buying our first house. They were responsive, gave us time to look round the property and did not push us. They suggested a solicitor for us to use who was also excellent. They were also happy for us to go back and view the property as many times as we liked after our offer had been accepted.
