When we bought our house in Buntingford, Keith Ian went above and beyond what we as buyers were entitled to as our purchase was ridden with problems. When we had to move from Buntingford, we went to them only and they sold our house quickly and then helped us again in dealing with another difficult purchase in another area. Their service has been excellent throughout and we recommend them highly.

Keith Ian were recommended to us by a friend who had bought and sold a house with them. We also had a great experience. We found Scott and Luke to be proactive and helpful throughout the process, keeping us up to date at all times. Would recommend.

Luke offered fantastic support before I was ready to put my flat on the market. He helped with advice on the current market and we both agreed the price to list at. There was no pressure at all and I got back in touch when I was ready to sell. The photos he took were fantastic and I think this really helped with getting viewings booked in. It was a quick process and I was really pleased with the regular updates received on progress.

Scott was great post offer with ensuring that the sale went through quickly and offered a contact point for both myself and the buyer to help communication with our solicitors.

This is not the first time my family have used Keith Ian and I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell/purchase in Ware, Hertford, Stanstead Abbots etc.

I have experienced the full range of services offered by Keith Ian (Cheshunt) Estate Agents having bought my property via their sales team then, years later renting out the property via their lettings service and later still, selling it.

From the beginning, Keith Ian were professional, informative and kept me up-to-date with developments.

Whilst letting out the property Keith Ian Lettings took over managing it. The property was inspected monthly, any issues were promptly reported and resolved. They were supportive to both myself and my tenants when I needed to sell and had to end the tenancy agreement. They oversaw the cleaning and redecorating of the property prior to it being put on the market.

Once on the market, Keith Ian sales team recommended local solicitors to handle the sale and I obtained three quotes before making my decision.

Chris and the team at Keith Ian Cheshunt were great. Chris knew his clients needs well and sold our property without us needing to put it on the open market. We of course encountered some issues that goes with every sale but Chris was very professional throughout and resolved what he could in a timely manner.

Keith Ian, managed one of my properties in Ware for years. They were always supportive especially when there were issues when I was working abroad and found solutions to look after me and the tenants. When it was vacant they worked very swiftly to make sure there was a new tenant in asap. Then when I came to sell the property again they were excellent, swift, gave great advice and was patient with me getting everything together and the property prepared to sell.
