The websites states they are 100% Australian however it is Chinese. I ordered quite a few items and the quality is appalling from the feel of the material, quality of the print, quality of the stitching and the sizes are way off.
They want me to post it to China before I get a refund. Bugger that I think I would be kissing the clothes and my money good bye. I will see how my credit card can help me get my money back.
Do not buy from them.

If I could select zero stars or less, I would. Absolute rubbish and a scam. Came from China, ill-fitting, awful fabric, straight into the recycle bin. Not even going to bother returning.

I am very impressed with the customer service regarding my recent order with Kerry & Kim. Unfortunately the dress sizing was not right for me. I have received very friendly, professional responses from the customer service team who have gone out of their way to help me.
It has been a pleasant surprise to have contact so quickly and easily. I will be receiving a replacement dress and definately be keeping an eye on the website in the future

I purchased a dress expecting it to be despatched from Australia. I noticed when I received the tracking details that it was directly from China.
It took 4 weeks to arrive and as expected the dress was not as shown on their website/ Facebook page. In fact, I have seen the exact same dress in other online sites !!
It shows a dress of either linen or cotton at &179.95 reduced to $89.95 ..the garment isn’t even worth $20 ! Inferior material and nothing like described. A cheap Chinese knockoff made of 100% polyester.
The only good review I can leave here is that the company did refund my funds less the overseas transaction fee which was not made aware of at checkout and payment.
I would not recommend this retailer at all as they only ship cheap rubbish from China !!
Buyer beware !! You are not supporting a small Australian enterprise as advertised.

I had a problem with my order and your team handled the situation very efficiently and were very prompt to respond. I was very impressed with the Customer Service and my issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this Company who care about their product and are prepared to kindly assist their customer issues, where both parties are happy. Thank you, Judy Thomas

After weeks & no delivery I contacted the firm, from there the help I received was amazing.
I received my goods but they were too big so I contacted them again. They were so helpful regarding size etc & I'm looking forward to receiving my NEW choice of goods very soon. They are online (I think 24/7) so we could resolve my problem at any time. SB
