Straightforward rental
Pick-up and drop-off were both straightforward, office personnel was nice and the deposit was released quickly. Only improvement needed would be a better explanation of the pickup spot for the shuttle taking us to the car rental from the airport, which was tricky to find, but the driver was nice and explained how to get there on the phone.

Wet seats
I was very disappointed with my rental experience. When I collected the vehicle, the fuel tank was only about one-quarter full, I would expect a rental car to be provided with a full tank.
Even more concerning, all of the rear seats were completely wet and unusable. The staff admitted it was a cleaning mistake and offered a different vehicle because no replacement Peugeot 3008 was available.
A rental car should be delivered clean, dry, and ready to use. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

We understand your disappointment regarding the condition of the vehicle, particularly the wet rear seats. A vehicle should be properly prepared, clean, and ready for use at the time of collection, and we regret that on this occasion it did not meet the standards we aim to provide.
We are also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the fuel level. Our vehicles are supplied according to the fuel level specified in the rental agreement, rather than necessarily with a full tank, and the vehicle should be returned according to the same fuel policy.
We appreciate that our team offered you an alternative vehicle when a replacement Peugeot 3008 was not available. Nevertheless, we understand that having to change your vehicle due to an issue that should have been resolved before collection was frustrating.
Your feedback regarding the vehicle preparation and the cleaning process has been shared with the relevant team so that the matter can be reviewed and the necessary improvements can be made.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

היה מעולה, למרות התקלה (תוסיפו ביטוח מורחב)
פעם השניה שאני שוכר אצלם אוטו (הראשונה בבוקרשט, עכשיו בוינה).
הייתה לי בעיה עם נעילת/פתיחת האוטו, ובגלל שרכשתי את הביטוח המורחב שלהם, הביאו לי אוטו חלופי עד למקום שהייתי בו (4 שעות נהיגה מוינה). השירות היה טוב, אם כי קצת שינה לי את תוכניות הטיול.

Rien à redire sur KlassWagen, voiture nickel, instructions très claires, personnel de bureau et navette de l'aéroport disponibles à tout moment.
Mais évitez de louer par le biais de Booking.com qui est très rigide. En effet, notre avion a été reculé d'une journée et il nous a été impossible de rajouter une journée de location et d'assurance complète pour la voiture. Il fallait annuler notre réservation pour en prendre une autre, à un tarif différent bien sûr !!
