Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for your disappointment.

As explained in our correspondence, K-Swiss EU is currently unable to ship orders to Denmark and other Scandinavian countries. Unfortunately, we also do not have any authorized retailers or distribution partners operating in these markets at this time.

We understand that this may be frustrating, especially when you are trying to purchase our products. However, our customer service team provided the information currently available to us, and we regret that we were unable to offer an alternative solution.
