We have completed our sale and purchase in a difficult chain and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Cassey Sharman as our conveyancer. All the other reviews about her are true and we also had the same experience of her outstanding professionalism. Things may have not worked out the way they did without her - she is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, responsive and by far the best solicitor we have ever dealt with. She has led the process all the way, was always a step ahead, communicated superbly and resolved all the issues - what more could we have asked for? We would recommended her to anybody without hesitation. The Labrums team seemed very good and Cassey is truly outstanding - a rare find!

We used Labrums as our conveyancers for our sale and purchase of our new property. We were assigned Cassey-Ann Sharman as our conveyancer and I must say that we were delighted with her professionalism, determination and sheer consistency to get the chain over the line. We were in a very long chain and there were many complications but Cassey was pro-active emailing the onward chain every morning for updates and applying pressure making sure she would hit our move in deadline. Cassey-ann Sharman recently completed conveyancing for our house sale. Her support and advice throughout the process was excellent and we were very impressed that she just got on with sorting things while the buyers and their solicitors seemed to be mucking around all the time.
