Excellent service, beautiful shoes
Beautiful shoes and box to keep them in until and after the wedding! Excellent service as I needed to exchange them for a smaller size. They seem to run a tad big, but all sorted nice and easy.

Very helpful staff and beautiful shoes
Easy to order website. I didnt know that you could order up to 6 different shoes/sizes, so phoned to clarify a few things and all staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Very good service.

You changed the price right as Apple Pay pulled up and already captured my face. Originally price was 36 dollars.

Hi, the price was not changed during checkout. Your order total was $222.95, which reflects all of the items selected in your cart before payment. Apple Pay displays the total it receives from the checkout page and does not allow us to change the amount after Face ID is triggered.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please send us a screenshot of your cart or order confirmation, and we'll be happy to review it with you.

Delay in delivery
I ordered, placed a UK address but mistakenly put Zimbabwe as country.
Order got shipped to Zim.
I have raised the issue, details have been changed. But till now, order has not arrived.
Its my wedding shoe, if it doesnt come on time, its going to be bad for me

After reviewing the order details, we can see that the shipping country was entered as Zimbabwe during checkout. As our system processes orders based on the information provided by the customer, the parcel was dispatched to the destination selected at the time of purchase.
While we understand that mistakes can happen, customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including the country, are correct before completing their order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different country in transit.
