Saved so much purchasing my daughters veil from here instead of bridal gown shop

The earrings looked exactly like the image on the website and even up close they look like an expensive pair. They were bought for a teenager and she loves them - there's no higher praise than that!

The product was lovely exactly the same as set out in the picture and the price was reasonable too. The delivery was ok and the delivery info was also very helpful

The Bianca Floor length veil we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. Simple and elegant and the ivory colour matches the dress perfectly.

The shoes were exactly as described and photographed. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so had to be returned. I purchased a wide fit alternative and they are perfect and beautiful.
The packaging is stunning. I will be keeping my box for wedding memorabilia.
Customer service was a breeze with the return.
I would recommend lace and favour for shoes. The company made me feel very special. A hard thing to do for an online purchase. Shop with confidence.

Great headband, much better than expected.

Received orders very quickly items were lovely but sadly two pairs of shoes were two small across the front of foot ordered a wide pair and they fit perfectly

They have sent me the wrong earrings, which were € 80 less expensive than the ones I have ordered.
No reaction from customer service for more than a week.
I guess, I have lost €80.

The dispatch was very quick! And the goods were very good quality and absolutely stunning. Only issue was you get lured into email address for discount codes as a first time customer, but none of them worked. However, I have no complaints with any of my purchases!

Ordering and receiving the package went great! The shoes are beautiful but even sizing down 1 size, they’re still too large. I’m typically an 8, I ordered a 7. I would have to order a 6.5 for these to fit!

Inizialmente avevo paura a ordinare pensando a tempi di attesa lunghissimi e problemi doganali; in effetti ho dovuto rinviare tutti i miei dati al vettore altrimenti il pacco non sarebbe andato avanti. Fortunatamente è stato l’unico intoppo ma per il resto tutto perfetto. Le scarpe che ho ordinato sono di qualità superiore e con quello tocco inglese che non guasta. Grazie davvero. Tornerò a comprare😘
