19.08.2026 Pociąg nie przyjechał na stacje Warszaw wschodnia. Informacja na stronie, że jedzie zgodnie z planem, na tablicy na peronie zmieniono na kolejny, podróżnie zdezorientowani, żadnej informacji na dworcu.
Kupiłem bilet na przejazd innym przewoźniekiem, po mniej wiecej godzinie zaktualizowano stan na stronie- opoxnienie pociągu ponad godzina. Brak odpowiedzi na reklamacje

Terrible! September 5, 2026. I went from Krakow to Lviv. I bought a ticket to the Stryiska bus station. The driver dropped off passengers at the main train station on Dvirtseva. I was left alone. He did not stop at the Stryiska bus station and did not even warn me about it. He went straight to the Mercury Hotel. When I asked him to stop at the station according to the route, he said that he was not a taxi. He was very rude. From the Mercury Hotel I had to walk 1.5 hours with my bags at night. The hotel is behind the bus station on the outskirts of the city. I ask for a refund for the ticket on the card. Terrible service! The driver's behavior is unacceptable!

Ich bin für unschlagbare 16,60 € mit Leo Express von Erfurt Hbf nach Prag-Holešovice gefahren und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Nach dem eher schlechten Schnitt hier hatte ich Schlimmeres erwartet, wurde aber eines Besseren belehrt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Pünktlichkeit: Der Zug kam auf die Minute pünktlich an, absolut kein Vergleich zu den gewohnten Verspätungen bei der gewissen anderen Firma mit 2 Buchstaben als Abkürzung. Zudem wurden wir während der Fahrt jederzeit transparent über Zwischenhalte, Pausen und geplante Ankunftszeiten informiert.
Das Personal an Bord war ausgesprochen freundlich und sprach problemlos Deutsch, Englisch und Tschechisch.
Die Buchung lief reibungslos (Zahlung per Kreditkarte). Ein echter Pluspunkt: Die Sitzplatzreservierung war komplett ohne Aufpreis inklusive. Die Sitze ließen sich leicht nach hinten verstellen, was sehr angenehm war, da ich vor der Gepäckablage saß, ging das ohne jemanden zu stören.
Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt war die Toilette: Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken war quasi nicht existent, Händewaschen mit fließendem Wasser ging also leider nicht. Immerhin stand Handdesinfektionsmittel bereit, aber hier sollte technisch nachgebessert werden.
Unterm Strich ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Ich würde die Strecke jederzeit wieder so buchen!

Fatalny przewoźnik. Pociąg nie przyjechał na peron, wszyscy pasażerowie w nocy zdani na siebie, bez możliwości kontaktu z firmą. Infolinia nieczynna, biuro również. Wszyscy musieli na własny koszt organizować sobie powrót do kraju. Ceny biletów na kolejny pociąg dwukrotnie wyzsze. Obsługa w kolejnym pociągu nieuprzejma, odmówiła podania opłaconych napojów i przekąsek informując, że serwis jest możliwy dopiero od 6 rano. Brak odpowiedzi na zgłoszona reklamację. Radzę omijać szerokim łukiem.

Koszmar!!! 27 sierpnia pociąg nie pojawił się na dworcu głównym w Pradze i zniknął z tablic informacyjnych.Nikt w informacji ani na dworcu nie potrafił powiedzieć co się z nim stało. Biuro Leo Express zamknięte. Info linia nie bez odpowiedzi.
Kilkudziesięciu pasażerów pozostawionych samym sobie musiało szukać innego transportu na własną rękę i na własny koszt. Następny Leo Express za ponad 3 godziny przyjechał z jedna konduktorka która arogancko odmówiła podania napojów wliczonych w cenę biletów. Od 3 dni próbujemy skontaktować się z Leo Express bez żadnej odpowiedzi i kontaktu

I traveled with Leo Express from Prague to Moravia, and the experience was absolutely awful. The conditions were unbearable — it was extremely hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. There was also no water in the toilets, which has already happened to me several times with this company.

On top of that, there seemed to be only two staff members for the entire train, so there was no proper service at all and it wasn’t even possible to order anything.

Honestly, this was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I will never travel with Leo Express again. What a disgrace for a Czech company.

Porażka pociag opóźniony 3 godziny. Zero kontaktu na infolinii. Musialam kupić bilet na inny pociąg.

Dodnes jsem využívala služeb Leo expresu pravidelně při návštěvách ČR, ale nemyslím si, že budu pokračovat, jelikož při poslední návštěvě měl náš spoj zpoždění téměř 2 hodiny, nebyli jsme informováni ani zprávou, které mám vyžádany a tudíž povoleny. V průběhu těch 2 hodin začaly postupně chodit notifikace o zakreslenem čase, které ani trochu neodpovídaly skutečnosti. V aplikaci nebylo možné odeslat zprávu s dotazem a dovolat se na zákaznickou linku téměř nadlidský úkol. Pár leo kreditů, které jsme dostali zpět jako kompenzaci - podotýkám uvedla jsem číslo účtu, jelikož nebydlíme v ČR a nejezdíme zpět dostatečně často, abych je mohla uplatnit při dalším cestování bez propadnutí, mi stejně propadne, přičemž jsem se snažila zkontaktovat zákaznický servis .. Je to pro mě veliké zklamání a to jsem si Leo express brala jako společnost, na kterou se dříve dalo spolehnout.

I have read so many negative comments. My experience with Leo Express was fantastic.

It arrived on time. I was on the train for 7 hours from Krakow to Prague. The seats were spacious and with aeroplane style service where staff came round to see if we wanted food or drink.

I was given a free coffee.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier garnicht. Ich fahre grade für 10€ von Frankfurt nach Prag. Der Zug mag etwas älter sein, aber keineswegs ist er am zerfallen. Ich finde es gemütlich. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir reisen mit Hund und das macht keinerlei Probleme. Zudem sind die Preise für Nahrung und Getränke super. Eine Flasche Bier kostet 1,50€ und einer Fajita Bagutte kostet 2,90€. Wer luxuriöser reisen möchte sollte bereit sein wesentlich mehr auszugeben,

Tragedia. Pociąg opóźniony w środku nocy (Praga- Warszawa) zatrzymał się w innym miejscu peronu, niż miał. Na dworcu żadnych komunikatów po polsku/angielsku. Nikt nie wiedział że pociąg już przyjechał. Zerowa komunikacja z klientem, nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej pomocy, rekompensaty od linii. Z Warszawy do Pragi bez większych komplikacji, ale niezbyt wygodnie i brudno.

Ciasno, gorąco, głośno, dramat. Warto doceniać PKP

Bought first class in Poland from Warsaw, Poland to Krakow Poland. The was the only train line my partner and I took of the 7 intercity (EIP, EIC, IC ECT) trains we took that treated us like first class. There was only 6 seats in first class and the fully reclined, we had an attendant. The train was on time and there was even coat/ bag hooks/ easy to access luggage spots that WERE NOT ABOVE YOU HEAD. Which was really helpful for me as a person with a disability relating to my shoulder. Amazing work and yummy food thanks so much. Arrived 20 mins ahead of schedule and it was the cheapest train we booked on the trip.

Niecałe 2 tygodnie przed wyjazdem anulowali nam całe połączenie z Katowic do Pragi i jedyne co zaproponowali to przebookowanie wyjazdu z Krakowa (oczywiście do Krakowa trzeba się samemu przeteleportować za własne pieniądze) kilka godzin wcześniej w piątek (chcieliśmy pojechać po pracy, bez brania urlopu). Mieliśmy wykupiony nocleg już bez możliwości zwrotu, więc musieliśmy szukać alternatyw. Przy zwrocie pieniędzy nie oddano mi za jeden bilet. Nie wiem gdzie leży problem - dostałam 8 powiadomień o anulowaniu biletów i 7 realizacji płatności od operatora płatniczego. Wysłałam 3 maile od 21 lipca w tej sprawie i wciąż cisza. Ten chat na ich stronie to tylko dla wyglądu - nikt tam nie odpisuje. Nie wiem jak można, aż tak olewczo podchodzić do klienta, ale wiem że już nigdy nie skorzystam z ich usług.

The worst trains and service I have ever seen

Opozniony pociag z Krakowa do Warszawy o 90min. Brak kontaktu z biurem obslugi klienta w celu zlozenia reklamacji, pisalam tam 3 razy (zarowno na chat jak i email) - nikt nie odpisal, nie skontaktowal sie, nie odzyskalam zwrotu pieniedzy.

Un suplicio de viaje Se para en todas las estaciones y llegamos a Varsovia con dos horas de retraso.Servicio pésimo un viaje de 12 horas una locura

I recently had a horrible journey with Leo Express. The train was delayed by 70 minutes, causing major disruptions to my schedule. The conditions inside were awful: the air conditioning wasn't working at all, there was no functional Wi-Fi on the trip there, and the seats were wobbly and broken. To top it all off, you can't even order a simple coffee onboard anymore. This was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Horrible service—I will never travel with Leo Express again.
