Booked on line, was quick and easy and the price was great!

The team was super responsive. I wanted to change a booking outside of the permitted period and that was not an issue at all. in addition the responds time was very quick. great service

I used Leading Courses while I was in Spain, and I’m genuinely grateful for how helpful and responsive their team was. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip.

Their support made a real difference to my experience, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. A trustworthy platform that I would happily use again and recommend to others.

Very good personal phone assistance of Petra

Arriving at this course gives you the expectation of a luxurious golfing experience: good parking, lavish clubhouse, neat locker rooms, friendly personnel at reception. The driving range is restricted, the balls (€ 3,00 for 30 balls) are of mediocre quality. The putting green was rock hard. Caddie master on 1st tee very severe (person not playing not allowed on the course unless extra payment of € 45,00 for insurance?). The course itself was a disappointment: it was more a Mount Everest expedition than a pleasant experience. The climbing of the hills, for me, was clearly "over the top". First 9 holes with nice views into deep valleys way down below is fine, but not at each hole. Using a buggy is an absolute must!!! Also, finding where the greens were was often an issue: e.g. hole 8! What also is distracting is that the motorway A7 is visible and audible for most of the holes. We did not understand why the greens had to be maintained whilst we were playing which caused delays in playing! Luckily the reception in the kind bar section of the clubhouse was welcoming and the food served was perfect. I would not go back to this not all that cheap course given the many alternatives,

it was good when i got to the region i wanted it would help if i could save the region.

Avoid Leading Courses. Misleading pricing, unnecessary upfront payments, and tactics that trip you into a so-called “flexible” option that isn’t required when booking direct. I was ripped off by about €50 for a two-ball compared to booking direct. I understand a business needs to make a few euro, but that level of markup is a complete rip-off. Book direct and save yourself the hassle. The course said I wasn’t the first person this happened too either.

I booked direct myself for another 2 ball tomorrow and compared to their website before the flex option which is available for some reason… was an additional €140…which is just robbery.

….since leading course have replied to this message. I was asked for €82x 2 at the golf course at reception, when I explained I had paid €211 online, there was confusion, as I assumed the difference was the buggy charge. They also told me the price they charge leading course was less again. So they are gauging above and beyond. They have sent me about 10 emails since arguing. That’s what you’re dealing with if you have any issue…trying to have this fair review of a really misleading service removed.

Attempting to pressure or attack customers for leaving an honest review only reinforces the assessment.

On a positive note, the customer service was great, really helpful and efficient. But as a first time user, I failed to understand fully the implications of booking without choosing the "flex rate", so focused was I on the date and time etc. which left me no option to rearrange or cancel. Finding the contact details for Leading Courses was difficult but once I had discovered the email address which I couldn't find on the website, the customer service team was brilliant, thank you!

Bij elke buitenlandse reis boek ik via LC starttijden. Voor deze week had ik dat ook gedaan, echter door ziekte van een van onze flight genoten waren we genoodzaakt onze reis naar Marbella te annuleren. LC heeft mij fantastisch geholpen alles netjes te annuleren. We hoeven niets te betalen!!!

T-time bookings and sudden changes are excellently handled by the customer agents - fast, reliable and very friendly either by phone or mail. Normally one needs to have a VIP status for such great customer service. Well done
