Great after sales service
I’m so impressed with the aftersales service. I booked a recommended course through this company. Realised it was about 40 miles away from where I stayed. I changed dates. Then realised the logistics won’t work for me. Asked for a refund. I was amazed this company got on top of it. Liaised with the club and was giving me regular updates. Well done. This is real 7 star service. Thank you.
Even after payment, you didn’t leave me out in the cold.

While travelling with our camper…
While travelling with our camper through France we used the Leading Courses app to book the courses which fitted into our constant changing route plan.
Service was fast, exact and very convenient.

Great service!
Booked a tee time with leadingcourses, everything worked perfectly. Very convenient. Due to car trouble we could not make our tee time, Leadingcourses immediately called the golf course and took care of everything. Perfect service!

The round of golf that I booked for the 8th June 2022 at Campamore Spain was disgusting 18 temp greens that weren't temp greens they were holes in the uncut fairways....appalling!!
€80.00 of my state pension stolen from me.

Nach der Online Buchung und Bezahlung…
Nach der Online Buchung und Bezahlung kam die Buchungsbestätigung umgehend. Dabei stellte ich fest, dass ich mich im Datum vertan hatte.
Trotz 4maliger Bitten bei Leading Courses, je 2 x per SMS und Email, habe ich per heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten!
Habe den Golfclub selbst angeschrieben und um Buchungs-Änderung gebeten.
Nie wieder Leading Courses, bei einem so absolut nicht kundenorientierten. (Auch nicht, wenn das Green Fee mal keine € 180,-- pro Person kostet.)

Het is prettig om via Leading Courses…
Het is prettig om via Leading Courses de banen in de buurt te vinden waar je bent. Daarnaast vind ik de reviews erg handig, je kunt ook via hun rechtstreeks met ideal betalen, echter als je ergens een discount krijgt is het beter om op de baan te betalen, anders kunnen ze de discount niet meer toepassen. Top is het ook dat alle benodigde gegevens in de app staan.
