I made a booking for 3 courses
I made a booking for 3 courses - it was all very efficient. I then had to change the dates of my booking, and contacted the company via email for some help with that. I received an immediate response, from a lady named Petra, and very helpful, and efficient advice. All in all the service was superb.

Easy to use and plenty of choice
After using several booking sites here in Andalusia I settled on Leading Courses as my chosen platform because it has an easy to use booking process, competitive pricing and appears to have greater access to available tee times than some of the other sites

Heute habe ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung gemacht mit leading courses. Ich habe eine Startzeit für mich und meinen Sohn gemacht und für zwei Erwachsene bezahlt. Am Golfplatz haben wir erfahren, dass es 30,- Rabatt für Juniors gibt. Leading Courses hat sich mit dem Golfplatz in Verbindung gesetzt und mir die Differenz erstattet! Es ist alles sehr schnell gegangen und der Service Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich! So soll es sein!

First class service
Today I have had really first class service from Leading Cources.
I had booked a tee time by mistake for today Tuesday 7th Sept instead of Wednesday 8th.
Leading courses contacted me about it. I then rebooked and was supported via their Whatsapp number and received my repayment.
Lots of patience after I messed up (2 times) and helped me get it right.
Really pleased with the service.

Poor customer service
I recently booked golf for two guests plus a buggy through Leading Courses at Baviera golf club. On arrival at the club I was told no buggy was booked and had to pay another 30 euros. When I checked the website I discovered after clicking for a buggy when you next chose a time it deletes the buggy. Pointed this out to Kareem at Leading courses and while he thanked me for pointing out the fault in their booking system he refused to reimburse the price of the buggy. I was offered a free round of golf for 1 on a course which meant a round trip of 300 miles. While Kareem answered all my emails I feel this is very poor customer relations. The point of third party booking sites is to save money. On this occasion I would have been far cheaper booking straight through the golf club. On reading reviews I also see this has happened to others before me. I left this review for a few days to see if anything changed as I don't like leaving a bad review but felt it was important to ensure this didn't happen to other golfers Definitely not a satisfied customer!!

Vorsicht bei Buchungen
Wir haben 2 Tage vor dem Spiel auf Mallorca diesen Platz gebucht und danach entdeckt, dass es direkt beim Club deutlich billiger ist. Daraufhin wollten wir stornieren. Aber dafür gab es keine Option. Die angegebene Nummer Hotline, eine telefonische hollämdische Ansage, eine weitere Nummer mit englischer Ansage und Bitte um Rückruf-keiner kam. Jeder Club lässt sich stornieren, eine Buchung über die Plattform - zumindest in unserem Fall - nicht. Also Vorsicht.

Hi JC, it's never nice to see a 1-star review so we would like to know what the real issue exactly is. We'll try to answer your review point by point:
1. In general our prices are the same as the golf club. Sometimes a club might not inform us about a specific campaign (last-minute offer), but in most cases we will be able to match that price.
2. If you received a wrong confirmation mail, we would love to see it. We just moved to a new platform, so there might be a glitch somewhere. You can always contact us (phone, mail) and then we will do our best to resolve the issue.
3. Outside office hours we indeed have a voice mail, but it is in English for foreign phone numbers. We also have another mobile phone number for urgent booking issues, which is mentioned in our voicemail. If you text us on that number, we will take immediate action (also during the weekend).
4. It's never too late, so please provide us with your booking number and we will see what exactly was the issue. We can't match your username Jc to any of our bookings...

We also sent a booking confirmation e-mail to the e-mailaddress you entered in the booking process. Our logs show that there was a temporary problem with your mail server at the time we sent it, so it took a little longer before you received the email.

hoi Ron, er zijn helaas altijd wat problemen bij de overgang naar een compleet nieuw platform. Vooral qua inloggen. Dat komt ook omdat er ongelooflijk veel scenario's zijn (sommige die je niet op voorhand kunt bedenken) waar iets mis kan gaan. Maar fijn dat je tevreden bent, nu nog kijken hoe we je naar een 5-ster beoordeling kunnen krijgen!

merci pour l'accueil du golf de Pals, le parcours est bien, les serveurs sont très sympathiques, par contre la restauration au golf est vraiment médiocre. Nous avions commandé un riz aux gambas, et nous avons eu un riz avec des saucisses et de la viande avec un morceau de gambas !!! infecte....
l'appartement est confortable avec vue mer.
