Very efficient and quick at sorting out issues!

I have been with LetsHost for a long time. Their support is TOP CLASS!. They are quick to reply and always manage to sort out any issues promptly.

I had requested an extension be enabled in PHP but Maria went above and beyond and actually migrated my site over to the new PHP version. Top class service as always. By far the best hosting service in Ireland!

By a million miles the best registrar with the best customer services, user interface, control panel etc etc etc etc. I work in IT for years and these guys have never let me down.

I have been a LetsHost customer for many years. I cannot stress how good their support is. They help with the background bits that you wouldn't deal with often and wouldn't be overly familiar with - And all done with a great attitude.
In short, great hosting for busy people!

We had a technical query in relation to our website hosting which LetsHost answered promptly and in no nonsense, plain English. This is the service we have come to expect and appreciate from them.

Excellent response time from LetsHost staff with issue resolution completed very satisfactorily.

No response, I paid - I made a mistake in my email - they need to correct it. Explained to them several times. Nothing from them. I cannot use the domain I paid for because I cannot get a response from them. Until I found them on Trustpilot I was beginning to wonder if they no longer exist.

My experience: easy to sign up and pay. Very disappointing (or non-existent) customer support and follow up.

Sorted out a domain issue, really quickly late on a Sunday night. What more could you ask for!

We've used LetsHost as our domain registry for several years now. Whenever we raise a query or have a technical question, they respond quickly and accurately and keep at it until the matter is sorted to our satisfaction. You simply can't beat that level of support, which is why we intend to continue with them into the future!

Use Lets Host for our Domain name registration, with a current ".ie" purchase, loading a certification to a third party, in relation to further ownership, issues arose with onboarding the necessary cert, became a lengthy issue, with third party asking constantly for a task to be redone. Lets host guys jumped in and sorted the problem, without any "drama" in a timely manner. And then the same task a few days later for another ".ie" domain registration to this third party entity, whom had not sorted the issue in the first place. Excellent service provided Lets Host Guys, they never disappoint, with their service and understanding. Grateful Client!!

I am a new user and I am in the process of setting up my own website for the first time, so far I have found the team at LetsHost to be helpful and understanding of my relative lack of knowledge. I have had two technical issues so far which they resolved quickly and professionally.

I've been a letshost client for many years now and find the online/chat/phone support to be top notch every time. Nothing is too much trouble. The support given is timely, expert, patient (needed for non-techy people like me) and always solves whatever issue I'm facing. In addition, the support is passed within a team so that it doesn't matter which time zone you're in, the client support remains seamless. I'd particularly like to commend Darragh, Fasal, Jakub, Maria and Patrick who have supported me over the years. A really terrific team! Thank you guys!

I never expect good service from online companies but letshost have been excellent every time I have had a problem or a query. They surprise me me everytime with how fast and efficient their customer service is even when I have an issue outside of of hours.
