Unlike a âfibreâ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a âfull fibreâ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. Worst company. Will lie and not get back to you. Take extra unauthorised money from your account, puts you in new contract without you signing and then refuses refunds. Doesn't deliver service promised.

Very promt service, would recommend!
From initial enquiries to the changeover from Sky broadband took about 10 days. Engineers arrived on the day and on time, broadband hardware installed and up and running in about 40mins. So weâre now saving £15 a month and faster broadband. All good so far!

No Brainer
The transition was seamless, the engineers were very efficient and helpful, as were customer services. Wish Iâd switched sooner, but didnât want to pay penalty fees to BT. Wrong decision, would have saved more by paying them and beginning with the very affordable Lightning Fibre.

Well planned and organised installation
The installation was well organised and straight forward. The two installers worked well together. One on the inside and one outside. They explained how the equipment operated and assisted on get the phones, laptop and other equipment set up on the new wifi.
