Unlike a âfibreâ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a âfull fibreâ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

I just had my 2 year renewal comeâŠ
I just had my 2 year renewal come though and was offered the same package as I currently have- with no price increase!(Which is unusual). I had a quick look on the website and saw a more powerful deal at a similar price. I phoned up the customer service and was expecting them to say this was a new customer only deal, but no they said that is fine and within 1 minute I was renewed for another 2 years. I must say I have had zero outages in 2 years- where as my previous provider would drop out bi monthly at least. Both the product and customer service is very good.
